I recently purchased a Trinity +. This is after years of using the previous style. This one does not beep and according to videos on the internet, it should beep the same as the previous one. It seems to be defective. Should I return it to the store? Should I mail it to you.? I am accustomed to the beeps that guide me through my routine. What should I do? I agree with many other reviews, the function for directing you through each step is great, but the app doesn’t do much else. Yes, it should have a calendar logging completed or missed sessions and showing you upcoming sessions, and tracking your 60 day progress to the maintenance phase. Maybe even log progress photos? There’s so much potential. The fact that these requests have been in multiple reviews for at least 2 years is very disappointing for a company charging a LOT of money for these devices, having such a subpar app in this day and age is a huge fail on their part.

It’s amazing to me that a company like NuFACE failed to make a more functional app to use with their devices. After setting up schedule, you can’t change it, it crashes after each try! No progress tracking, no calendar. Tutorials are useful, but you only watch them once when first trying the device. No value from this app

Setting a schedule is too complicated. Also, the app crashed twice on me AFTER I had set my schedule and while I was trying to submit the final version, which made it lose all my schedule data. What a pain. I just put a reminder on my personal calendar instead. Hope you didn’t pay a lot of money to have this app developed, terrible UX!
