I just bought all the products after my Trinity died (I used it for years!!!!). NuFACE could be SO awesome if you had all the products on here as well as tracking. The tracker included in the box with stickers is very outdated. App tracking is where it’s at in 2020.

I agree with many other reviews, the function for directing you through each step is great, but NuFACE doesn’t do much else. Yes, it should have a calendar logging completed or missed sessions and showing you upcoming sessions, and tracking your 60 day progress to the maintenance phase. Maybe even log progress photos? There’s so much potential. The fact that these requests have been in multiple reviews for at least 2 years is very disappointing for a company charging a LOT of money for these devices, having such a subpar app in this day and age is a huge fail on their part.

I’m trying to set up my profile and NuFACE keeps crashing when trying to submit my reminder schedule. Unable to move past this step.

It’s amazing to me that a company like this app failed to make a more functional app to use with their devices. After setting up schedule, you can’t change it, it crashes after each try! No progress tracking, no calendar. Tutorials are useful, but you only watch them once when first trying the device. No value from NuFACE

Setting a schedule is too complicated. Also, NuFACE crashed twice on me AFTER I had set my schedule and while I was trying to submit the final version, which made it lose all my schedule data. What a pain. I just put a reminder on my personal calendar instead. Hope you didn’t pay a lot of money to have NuFACE developed, terrible UX!

Got my device yesterday. Downloaded NuFACE today. Entered my personal info. Set up a schedule and NuFACE crashed when I hit “submit” after filling in a 5 day schedule.
Repeated same process and app crashed again. Very disappointing. Won’t be wasting anymore time on it.

After a time consuming process of selecting your 5 day schedule (it could really be simplified), which I did twice, NuFACE crashed - both times.

App keeps crashing right at “create routine” phase (that’s the beginning)

From what I can see- there are no new resources, no exciting new routines

To make NuFACE valuable and to make your product more exciting to users

1. Make sure your app works
2. Add face routines that are fun and different to keep interest high

In this day and age you really can’t have a terrible app- we’re on our way to web3- brands like this app need to have mastered this part to keep customers engaged and buying more products/attachments/ upgrades

Rather don’t have an app than something this unprofessional

Major glitches doesn’t let you save routine nice app but wish it didn’t have problems and did more

Pretty useless. Doesn’t do anything apart from giving basic instructions. Doesn’t connect to the device or programme it so it doesn’t add any functionality.

I was able to input my device, but when I hit Submit after making the schedule, NuFACE crashes.

I got the new Nubody and in the box it says to download NuFACE to get info on how to use it. I did that and when I go select the divide this new device isn’t in NuFACE . I LOVE this app but When launching a new product they should have everything ready for the users.

NuFACE needs lots of work! You can’t change your routine. It also does not have the neck portion. Just stick to the videos online and save yourself the memory space on your phone.

I was so excited that there was an app for my new NuBody device and I quickly downloaded it. However, was disappointed to learn that NuFACE is only for owners of the this app devices. Can we expect an update for the body skin toning device anytime soon?

I haven’t even had a chance to use NuFACE , because it crashes at the most basic step of saving the routine I entered.

Also, for devices, I wanted to add the this app Fix and have it show me how/when to incorporate that into my routine, but it only supports the facial training devices.

NuFACE is very helpful as a tutorial. As stated in a previous review, it would be helpful to integrate a calendar to track progress.

The overall design of NuFACE is nice and the tutorials are user friendly. The scheduling feature needs some attention though. I’ve tried several times to reset my scheduled routine from night time to morning and it fails every time. NuFACE completely shuts down and none of the changes ever get saved.

Tutorials are easy to follow and a wealth of information.

Setting my routine was easy. The only “glitch” was after I set my routine it took me to a summary page to review the routine before locking it in but the summary page was blank. I ignored this and went forward by hitting the confirm button. My routine uploaded accurately and have had no issues.

Nothing has crashed, nothing has erased and I like that it will send me a 5 min reminder prior to when my routine starts.

I have adult ADHD and NuFACE helps me to remind myself to use my device because days go by and I won’t realize that I have forgotten to use it so it may not do a lot for all those people who don’t have a hard time remembering but for someone like me it is extra useful and less I can’t remember all the moves even doing them on a regular basis sometimes I forget how I’m supposed to move it and what speed I’m supposed to move it so I don’t waste my time doing it all wrong

The app crashes regularly. It also loses progress photos each time it crashes. Worst app I have ever used. A device as expensive as this should have a reliable app.
