Terrible interface, rarely works in the direction WorcesterTelegramGazette should. I’ve never seen an app constantly direct you to the wrong pages and info. That said the content gets less and less with zero editorial professionalism. Overall a joke of a company, and app.

My payment card was compromised and replaced with a new card. I updated the payment information but STILL CANNOT VIEW THE PAPER in the manner I had previously had done. In addition, we are unable to view paper on my husbands iPad as previously done.

I’ve emailed and spoken to the digital people...but they are of no use.

Why is it so complicated to get my service restored and be able to speak with someone who does not speak “technical” so I can understand?

I have spent close to 3 hours to get this resolved. Really? I shouldn’t have to spend any time on this...that’s why I pay for a e-newspaper so YOU CAN ADDRESS DIGITAL PROBLEMS!

I am frustrated and fed up.

Give me an old fashioned PAPER newspaper!

For the last six months I have not been able to access WorcesterTelegramGazette on my phone or iPad, even though I subscribe as a customer. I have sent many emails with no response or satisfaction.

The latest update is a far cry from the old one, which wasn’t perfect but was much better. The pop-ups have previously been mentioned and are annoying. The text in the new format is smaller and harder to read. On some pages it is blurry and does not clear making it almost impossible to read. Since the news is already at least a day old when it hits this paper it is really making me question whether it is worth it to keep this paper. The over abundance of ads and lack of substance already forced us to cancel the print version. If problems with WorcesterTelegramGazette are not corrected we will drop it completely, which is a shame.

You should be able to look up older reports people like to go back and see older news to remember their child hood or even memory you should be able to search and find anything the paper puts out

Since switching to the new format, the e-Newspaper jams up repeatedly, each and every day, usually several times daily. I have deleted WorcesterTelegramGazette and reinstalled it and it worked once before locking up again. I am running WorcesterTelegramGazette on an iPad, which prior to the new program worked flawlessly.

I already pay for my newspaper subscription but now I’m interrupted by embedded ads. And the pop up ads are so poorly done! The whole screen goes dark for a few seconds, the ad appears, sometimes the ad can be dismissed with the “x” but others force you t watch the content before the “x” appears. Ugh, this is a clunky app.

Since the recent update I'm seeing ads pop up every time I access a new section on the eEdition. So now I'm paying to see ads. Really? I thought the point of paying to subscribe was NO ADS. Plus, accessing other newspapers, printing anything, requires many more clicks to get to proper page. And on eEdition, the entire page no longer fits on my screen. I'm not impressed. The older version was much more user friendly.

Often the vast majority of the stories are days or even weeks old. And the embedded ads in every story are horrible. I'm reading an important piece of news and there are 11 ads in the body of the news story already 🫣🫣🫣

App makes me use the website to login. I can read the paper online no issues cannot log into WorcesterTelegramGazette . Will now cancel my subscription

Good load times. Articles are displayed well. Good reporting!!

I am constantly frustrated when I open your app “Top Stories” only to find old topics repeated and perhaps one or two current topics. All sections have week old or weeks old articles! I am dissatisfied and disappointed that entire app and sections are not “ Au Courant” nor interesting for the 2d largest city in the state. There aren’t enough national news items featured. Nor are there enough local topics of interest! The repetitive news items, columnists and sections do not provide me with newsworthy information as do Boston Globe, Washington Post, New York Times subscriptions. The few articles of local interest are only reason I keep subscription, but, they do not satisfy my needs to know!! Obituaries are current but that’s it! Also, very annoyed with the real estate transaction section that is a confusing set up and not easy to follow. Please review your app and look at it from my perspective! I do not feel satisfied when I try to find something that is informative and newsworthy. You need more columnists and journalists who can really give your readers what we deserve. No bang for my buck!
