Terrible interface, rarely works in the direction the app should. I’ve never seen an app constantly direct you to the wrong pages and info. That said the content gets less and less with zero editorial professionalism. Overall a joke of a company, and app.

The latest update is a far cry from the old one, which wasn’t perfect but was much better. The pop-ups have previously been mentioned and are annoying. The text in the new format is smaller and harder to read. On some pages it is blurry and does not clear making it almost impossible to read. Since the news is already at least a day old when it hits this paper it is really making me question whether it is worth it to keep this paper. The over abundance of ads and lack of substance already forced us to cancel the print version. If problems with this app are not corrected we will drop it completely, which is a shame.

My payment card was compromised and replaced with a new card. I updated the payment information but STILL CANNOT VIEW THE PAPER in the manner I had previously had done. In addition, we are unable to view paper on my husbands iPad as previously done.
I’ve emailed and spoken to the digital people...but they are of no use.
Why is it so complicated to get my service restored and be able to speak with someone who does not speak “technical” so I can understand?
I have spent close to 3 hours to get this resolved. Really? I shouldn’t have to spend any time on this...that’s why I pay for a e-newspaper so YOU CAN ADDRESS DIGITAL PROBLEMS!
I am frustrated and fed up.
Give me an old fashioned PAPER newspaper!
