How to fix SportsLine app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SportsLine app on iPhone
Update SportsLine app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SportsLine iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SportsLine on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SportsLine network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SportsLine Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SportsLine not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SportsLine App
1. On android, goto Settings » SportsLine » click [Force Stop]

Update SportsLine to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SportsLine App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SportsLine » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SportsLine.

Fix SportsLine unable to contact server/ SportsLine internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SportsLine » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SportsLine » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SportsLine
