TrackMyGolfGolfGPS has gotten worse and worse over the last year.
First logging into your paid premium account was a crap shoot. It wouldn’t work again and again then all the sudden you’re in. Don’t dare try to log out and go thru that again.
Then it started crashing after you took a swing. Their support blamed it on the watch iOS. They need to update their software if it has trouble with the iOS.
Then most recently I’ve saved rounds via the watch. Actually confirmed the score was saved in my phone. When I go back into the phone app to review my round, my round is no where to be found. Their response to this has been crickets. Haven’t heard from them.
The last straw was yesterday I open a round and they don’t have all the tee boxes listed but no big deal. I select one and start a round. Go to my watch to resume the round and get “object not found”.
Needless to say TrackMyGolfGolfGPS and all other golf apps need to work quickly. I can’t just stand there on the tee box and tell the starter to wait for my watch to sync. Especially if I have to restart my phone and watch every time something goes awry.
I will not be renewing my subscription.
I’m done.

After extensive researching of golf apps for my Apple Watch, I thought I give Track My Golf a shot. Well, after downloading TrackMyGolfGolfGPS last night, it did recognize the nearest course, which was about 8 miles away. I was not going to play that course this morning and was expecting it to recognize a different course about 15 miles from home. Upon arrival, I tapped on the Track My Golf icon. The correct course did indeed show up, but it was prompting me to “Resume Game”. Good gracious! I hadn’t even started yet! I found myself locked onto that screen, unable to exit or even advance anything...even that aggravating message (Resume Game)at the screen’s bottom, which I tried to press. Nothing happens, even after repeated attempts. Such a disappointing round !!!!! Tim E.

Worked ok. I wanted to use on my watch so paid for yr subscription. Worked for a couple months. Then would open randomly and run battery down. Even closing in the dock on my watch it would open randomly and run it down. Ran down so much that after 3rd day, fried my watch and I had to buy another. I sent them an email asking to cancel the rest of my subscription because I wouldn’t use on new watch for fear of doing same thing. The told me to go manage my subscription in iTunes but there is no way to get a refund. So a $20 subscription cost me $400 and I can’t use it! Will NEVER recommend and will never use another app made by the same company.

Premium worked on my third generation watch, but when I upgraded to the 4th generation, the watch app will not move past the “upgrade to premium” screen or allow me to use any of the features that I did prior. My previous 3rd generation watch still works and in fact the 4th generation watch worked on my iphone 6+, but not on my iPhone X. We’ve taken it to an Apple store and we have unpaired, re downloaded apps on both phones and watches with no luck. Please fix this issue.

TrackMyGolfGolfGPS used to run great until I think iOS 12 maybe early, now there’s issues with accurate yardage, when you swing it used to track your swings pretty well now TrackMyGolfGolfGPS closes on your watch and you have to reopen TrackMyGolfGolfGPS on your watch so you lose everything over and over again I’m so disappointed and I’m paying what $18 a year for this I’m going to have to cancel my subscription on TrackMyGolfGolfGPS and find a better one

I downloaded TrackMyGolfGolfGPS and purchased this subscription. Then, installed it on my iwatch as a range finder. If I went to one course, it would find a different course. Four times in a row, I could not get TrackMyGolfGolfGPS to find the course I was at. I emailed Track My Golf several times. No response. Finally I threw in the towel and asked for a refund. Of course, no response. I do not recommend TrackMyGolfGolfGPS. Very frustrating.

Other than the battery hit to my watch, I loved TrackMyGolfGolfGPS. Until recently when golf courses opened back up and I played my first round at my regular course. All of my history, stats, club inventory...everything is GONE. I played the round anyway, got to my car after and found nothing from that round saved either! What a waste of $19. I won’t be renewing at the end of this season. Looking elsewhere.

After subscribing to premium, rebooting my watch five times, rebooting my phone five times, and STILL being stuck in the loop of “resume game” and “sync with phone”, etc, I’m done. I canceled my subscription. I couldn’t use it on the course, and after the game I couldn’t get things to sync properly after fiddling for an hour. I’m done. Great concept, horribly executed. 100% unusable. I never got it to perform a single function.

TrackMyGolfGolfGPS was fantastic at first. Yardage was spot on when verified with distance finder and the tracking of clubs, yardages, and shot placement was great.
Last few times out, TrackMyGolfGolfGPS keeps dropping on the AppleWatch so you have to click on home screen, then tap on TrackMyGolfGolfGPS to reopen. Then the swing tracker (on auto-capture) only picked up every couple shots. Frustrating, especially since it was so great previously.

This golf app used to work well. Idk what’s happened as of late, but the gps always tells me I’m some 5k feet away from the hole I’m on. Then I have to switch to the previous hole and back to current to get app to pick up my current location. Very inconvenient when your on the course and are walking. Just more time your not thinking about the next shot because your getting frustrated trying to fix app to see how far away you are. Won’t be using TrackMyGolfGolfGPS any longer.

I used to use fun golf app for the last couple years and then they doubled their price. I tried a few other apps and found this one. I like the functionality of TrackMyGolfGolfGPS and it’s ease of use. The only negative and this is a big one for me. If my Apple Watch isn’t fully charged or at least at 80%, I can’t make it through 18 holes before my watch dies. Please find a way to increase the efficiency of your app to increase battery life and I will be a long time user.

Force Touch no longer works with WatchOS 10.1.1. Refresh, Nearby and End Round no longer come up. Need to use my phone for that. Any way to fix that ASAP? I can’t live without TrackMyGolfGolfGPS!

I like the functionality of TrackMyGolfGolfGPS. The watch app is awesome and works great without your phone nearby. However, they are slow to update courses. Poppy hills still has not been updated and it was rebuilt in 2014...

Seems to be fairly accurate. Only played a limited number of courses.

Have you thought about tracking your club stats? Then you may have looked into gadgets, you know those that sell tags that you screw to the end of your golf clubs, and when you swing a club, you have to tag it so that the system knows you have recorded a shot? I am one of the early adopters. Let me tell you the stats are amazing, I finally know which club I am weak on. But, the process of using those system is a nightmare. I have to constantly remember to tag my shot, which distracts me from my games. Until one day, I found out about TrackMyGolf app. I have an Apple Watch already, so this is a no brainer to download. And I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised how good the system is. I regret not finding out about TrackMyGolfGolfGPS earlier, so I wasted all that money on the useless gadgets. Unlike those tag systems, where I have to remember to manually tag my shots, the Apple Watch automatically recognizes that I have swing, so it auto captures the shot. I can input the club used later on or on the spot, and move on. It is a painless process. I am a happy man now that I save money, automate data collection, and still be able to see the same data insight. Do not repeat my mistake wasting money on gadget, if you have Apple Watch, you have everything already, if you download TrackMyGolfGolfGPS.

I use TrackMyGolfGolfGPS on my Apple Watch. The distances are accurate and I like having the distance when I need it.

Works great with my Apple Watch and ease to use, very accurate. One negative too expensive for an annual fee. Rather pay a one time fee and be done.

I searched around for the best app that works with Apple Watch and I think this is it. Like everything except its a little weak on statistics, doesn’t calculate much even tho it has all the data.

The worst thing is that it calculates average driving distance but includes your iron shots on par 3s. Completely worthless. And yes, I did the math to verify this assertion.

I bought a new phone and it does not work on my watch any longer.
I asked for help but true help at best is limited.
I am also trying to cancel and I can’t.

But it dose not have the newest version of the golf cours that i play most, but it has the cours but older version still purfact app for golfers whit or witout Apple Watch.
