Does Not Work - Do not Buy

The app just doesn’t work as described. I have tried all the suggestions as specified ( like going to specified start location, location settings etc) but it doesn't help.
It always shows the blue dot(your car) off the route 100 ( as if you are on streets off route 100) and the audio doesn't play.
I even tried calling customer service and there's no answer. They didn't bother to call back.
Totally ruined my fall road trip.

I was so disappointed. I could never get the narration to come through my phone after I had tested the vocals. Never was able to use it so I just ventured out on my own.

This is the best app ever!! We took a road trip through the North east and I wish I had this for every state! Made it very easy to be a “leaf peeper” through Vermont.
