It all started when I was on my journey to finding that one Nicki Minaj game. I searched her name and everything else popped up so, I just took a step back and boom. I just thought: “Hey! Maybe if I just click on the people who made the kardashian game, I’ll find her.” So, I did and I came across this game. Looked like fun so I downloaded. Why did I wait for this game? I know I didn’t wait long but, the 3 seconds wasn’t even worth it. I get all excited because I’m gonna play a new game while I wait for my energy on the Kim game to fill up but, then...something bad happens. I try to open the game and it shows your logo but, glitches off or whatever you call it. So, I take the issue to google....Google tells me to turn off my stuff completely so, I do that because I’m thinking something is wrong with my DEVICE. I turn the device back on and keep on clicking but, it does the same thing. Every other app I have installed opens up instantly but, this one won’t? A problem Glu. A big problem. This doesn’t deserve a single star. But, I had to put one because when I try to press send Apple (who you should be thanking for mercy) says “Please Rate” and there doesn’t seem to be a zero star option.

I was really enjoying this game. I thought it needed a few upgrades to be a little more interactive like the Kim k game, but overall I enjoy it and like the singing aspect of it. But now I'm just totally disappointed. I've been playing for about two days now, and I've just spun the daily wheel thing and won a pair of cute shoes. But then I looked for them and they weren't there. So I emailed support but I'm not hopeful I'll get the shoes, or even a response back based on what these other reviews are saying!! Also very disappointed realizing that these issues probably won't be solved due to the fact that BritneySpears hasn't been updated in over a year... 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Now i can’t even open BritneySpears when I click on it you all need to do an update asap if you want people to keep playing and buying stuff in game. I have just recently played this game and have completed the most recent task I was assigned to but it has not left my to do list and now I’m not getting new calls from Anne and I haven’t gotten the final pay from the event BritneySpears has to get an update soon what can I do if it won’t give me new tasks

I spent hours playing this game some involved free Bgems some was real money I progressed to level 10 gain a lot of networking outfits etc I wake up this morning I'm on the bottoms of level9 no network my single I started last night disapreared and was
Listed as 6th pretty annoyed right now the only reason I got this game was because it's Britney's. Two days prior to all of this I lost my creation because I didn't connected to Facebook to back it up I restarted with out complaining and I said now I know how it works I can make this better now I'm just P.O.

If there was a way to leave a negative amount of stars I certainly would here. When I first got BritneySpears it was fun and the game would actually progress. But after awhile you'd max out and get stuck at a level for ages and there wouldn't be an update for ages. Then to follow there are so many bugs that it makes BritneySpears annoying. The final straw was customer support, they take forever to respond and often can't do anything to fix the problems. And if you get stuck on a quest they won't do anything about it and just tell you to go use another one of their apps

Ok so. I just deleted Toca boca because of the space it took up. I didn’t want to but I did because I loved this game and I downloaded it before I love celebrity games because I wanna become one myself, which is why I want this to be fixed. I tried to get in the game but it kicked me out the game a few seconds later. And I tried over, and over, and OVER again but it didn’t let me I will try again. It I really just wanna play the game so please fix this.

This game used to be great. I spent over $100 on it because I believed in it and really enjoyed playing it. Everyone should know about the glitch that they've decided NOT to fix so I won't focus on that. What I will focus on is reimbursment. When I asked the customer service if I would get reimbursed for the money that I spent (be it a refund or credit towards one of their other games) they only apologized and hoped I would consider playing one of their new games. I will unfortunately not be playing anymore games from this content creator. I can't justify spending more money on a company that has refused to fix a glitch in a game and won't even give their customer a credit of what they had spent towards another one of their games. Thanks.

I wouldn’t give this game any stars but i have to give it one because I can’t submit this without at least one star. I could not even get on this game. By that I mean when I tried to access the game it crashed. I tried repeatedly and still nothing. I thought I had to many tabs open so I swiped screens. I then tried again and nothing. I deleted BritneySpears and downloaded it again thinking it was just glitching but nothing. I do not recommend this game to anyone. It looks like a great idea and I think if I could actually play it it would be really fun. I do not see this game being fixed though considering it has not been updated it a while.

But I kinda have to agree with some of the comments the graphics could be better like the ones in the Kim Kardashian game and the Kylie and Kendall games. I would also think it would be great to spend game money you earn in the game instead of actual cash I love the clothes but I'm not going to go way out to buy clothes that won't look good on my character the characters are a bit blotchy I have been playing games like this and I have to say the time it takes you to get energy back it kinda makes me get uninterested really fast good game and I feel it could be better with some fixes like the story line though

So I was on level 5 and was almost done with the date. But it was getting late so I turned my phone off but then the next day I was in front of String.‼️‼️‼️‼️ I was just like what. So I played to level 5 again then had to go somewhere so I just let my phone be on my bed then I came back charged my phone and started playing again and it did the same thing. Here's the second thing I signed into Facebook in the beginning then had to do the same thing 5 other times in the game! THIS GAME HAS PROBLEMS THE OWNERS NEED TO FIX IT!!!!!

I have played this game in the past and enjoyed the hairstyles, clothing, and other accessories that are cheaper compared to Kim K:Hollywood. But the game could use a few updates targeted toward the laggy ness and the fact that the game crashes more than any other app I’ve used. I’ve restarted, closed apps, and deleted and redone loaded this many different times and nothing’s worked. I don’t think my phone is the issue considering it’s relatively new and I’ve done a lot to fix BritneySpears. And there’s really no point to downloading this game intending to play it, if it won’t work or load completely.

I have played this game in the past and I liked it. The only reason I deleted it was because I needed to download something else and didn’t have enough space. However, when I downloaded it again, THE GAME WOULD NOT OPEN. It kept crashing and would go back to the home screen. If they could please try to fix this I would be happy. But for now? DELETING IT.

Was loving the game. I updated my iOS to iOS 12 and not the game won’t even open it just crashes instantly. I even deleted the game and reinstalled it thinking it was because I updated my iOS (happens once in a while) also hoping that didn’t cause me to lose my spot. Hoping it gets fixed soon so I can play again.

I wasn't sure on whether or not I wanted to download this game. It took me a while to go through with it. As I've played, I have found myself to really enjoy it! Within just 30 minutes or so I love it! I just wish we didn't have to constantly pay for energy frequently. It's so irritating! I also wish the graphics were a little better! Alright Brit, you have some stepping up to do but otherwise your sailing! ;)

It's a good game. You get your own avatar, rise to stardom, etc. I only have a problem.
I NEVER HAVE ENOUGH ENERGY!! How am I supposed to go on a date, record a single, or go do a talk show without any energy?!?! It takes forever to generate and I have to watch a million ads in order to afford buying more energy!! I understand that this company needs to make money but you need to wait for (almost) 5 minutes to get 1 bit of energy?!?! WHAT!?! HOW ABOUT 2??!? 2 is much better. I mean, that's why there's 2 people in a couple. That's all I have to say. The end.

It has been stuck on a promotion for a single... I already “promoted” it and the task should be gone, but it won’t go away. So now I’m stuck having to just do random tasks... while my task that I finished, still sits there. The option to do the task is no longer available either. I can’t gain inspiration, I can’t record a single, I can’t promote a single. It’s irritating. Please help

I think this is a good game, but I think that it would be better if:

• you could win clothes from events
• there would be daily gift boxes instead of daily spin
• there would be a randomized gift in each gift box
• there would be fashion competitions
• you do not have to buy clothes every time you start a gig
• it will have updates frequently
• the events should have gift boxes, too
• the events should have a chance to win designer clothes
• the game could connect with other real life users.
• there should be new clothing options at least every week
• have more of a storyline
• you can win clothes and B gems form events
• you can win makeup looks
• you will be able to win hair, makeup, hair colors, dresses, tops (short sleeves), tops (long sleeves), bottoms (shorts/short shorts), bottoms (long pants/bell bottoms/tights/sweatpants/jeans), bottoms (skirts/long skirts/short skirts), shoes(high heels/boots/flats), tattoos, accessories (jewelry/designer accessories/purses/clutches/glasses)

Also, it always says “Connection lost” which is not something people want. I do not know why the other glu games do not have it. Please fix this.

Since Kim Kardashian Hollywood has the most highest ratings, it should be more like Kim Kardashian Hollywood. Kim Kardashian Hollywood is not dull, in fact it is more fun because of these features.

Please add these features in future updates. Thank you.

I love this game I played a few years ago but everytime I’ve tried downloading it in the last couple of years the game doesn’t load. I’ll tap on the game to open then the Glu logo pops up for like two seconds then BritneySpears closes. It happens every time I’ve tried playing the last couple of years. :(

Although I am not a fan of Britney Spears, this game is actually what I imagine playing instead of Stardom, Kim Kardashian, etc. Everything runs pretty smoothly, nothing really bad about the game. Can't wait for more updates or some changes that may make this game even more great!
