AlayaCare Status

Our agency has been using the app for home infusion clients almost a year now. We are still having numerous issues with lost data. Sometimes (not always) our nurses go to submit the “form document” at the end of the infusion, and despite being logged in and having “saved” religiously throughout the infusion they receive an error message and then when they go back into the document to try to “submit” the document again they find that most of their vital signs, comments, and other progress note charting is simply gone. Disappeared. Forcing them to spend time re-entering data. And thus…… staying “clocked in” to recover/ re-enter data that simply dissolved into the void. I myself have had to have clients resign their names multiple times. Because attempting to submit just clears inputted data multiple times. This also makes our nurses stay on the clock longer to renter this data. On top of the fact that we are now requiring our nurses to double chart by making them also chart everything on paper as a backup. I’ve been a nurse for almost 24 years. I have seen many integrations of digital charting. This is the worst software, the most frustrating software I have ever had to work with. Now we are starting a research project that will track all of the instances of our problems, which will require our nurses to keep track of even more information on and off the clock. Alayacare has been less than helpful when our owner has gone to them seeking assistance.

Hello! I would like to know why I get a 403 Error in Alayacare. Please help me figure this out.

I submit my notes at they either fail and then when I open note back up it’s nearly empty, maybe one line of the very long narrative I need to write OR they seem to successfully submit but then disappear into the abyss or I’m being told several notes with same dates go through….I’m now in a situation where I will have to rewrite 5 notes in order to get paid and obviously comply with state law. Is there any way to retrieve any stage of any of these notes to avoid having to start completely over again? I already uninstalled and reinstalled and have tried to access on a different device. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Alayacare is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Slower than slow to login Freezes Tells me I’m not in close proximity to login Always get error messages and have to sign out and sign back in Most recently none of the staff or management can access anyone’s schedules for the clients we need to see. This started last night at 730 pm and it’s now 730 am the next day with no resolution. Clients are potentially going to miss mediations due to this glitch in alayacare I would not recommend this app for scheduling. It has been so frustrating from the time my company started using it. Jane was way better and way more user friendly

I can’t remember my password and there is no “forgot password” link to reset it

Service tasks finish how to get to page to click done trainer told me to click on hub the word does show to slgn in the visit

Being told server is incorrect and username/password are incorrect . But it is all correct. I can't log in so frustrated
