Won’t work

I have tried several days to get the daily recipe and it won’t load . I have to turn off my phone to get out of the program. Today I did the brain game and it won’t work either.

Would love to have my grandma use this app but she only speaks Spanish. Every time I try to look for a way to change the language, there’s no instruction or guidance. Even though the App Store says this is provided in other languages.
