3 months agoThe player card program will not allow me to put a different picture on the player card. The picture we have on there now was deemed and eligible so I took another picture and put it on there and it will not allow me to do it

5 months agothis is by far one of the worst apps to get through. it's a continuous circle leading to no where and no help is available. i payed twice last year and it seems that i might have to again. i uploaded everything before the deadline and today it tells me my son is ineligible. why why? i dont know and cant get help.!!!!

Ineligible, can’t correct it
I’ve been trying to use this app since June and it’s horrible. I get stuck in constant loop of not being able to complete the waiver and consent. The documents are nowhere to be found in the app or on the website. When I try to view today’s event by clicking the link in announcements, a web page opens, then the app store opens, then I click to open the app that I already have and it brings me RIGHT BACK to the announcement link, accomplishing nothing other than massive frustration. Meanwhile, Tourney Machine has zero issues.

This app is terrible
It keeps crashing and the forms they require you to sign are not provided making it impossible to sign up for any events. They have zero customer support other than an email address. It’s been 24 hours and no one has responded to an email. They’re quick to take your money but then don’t allow you to actually register for an event.

Can’t Register
Every time I go to the email to complete my registration and hit the click here it brings me back to the App install and sign in/up then I try to sign in then an error message pops up telling me to complete registration email and back to the same cycle again
