Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Aviary app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Aviary app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Aviary app on iPhone
Update Aviary app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Aviary iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Aviary on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Aviary network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Aviary Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Aviary not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Aviary app issues:

Force Stop the Aviary App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Aviary app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Aviary to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Aviary App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Aviary app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Aviary.

Fix Aviary unable to contact server/ Aviary internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Aviary » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Aviary » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Aviary on android.
