Where do I start? It asks you about weight and then in parentheses shows (in lbs). Well inch pounds is a unit of torque not a unit of weight. There are areas in RoastPerfect where it asks about the weight of your roast and it won't allow you to pick a roast greater than 4 pounds. It isn't initially clear when listing step one that you have to tap the horizontal bar to see the instructions for step two. Just list step one followed by step two followed by step three for you to scroll through.

Roast Perfect has TONS of recipes for cuts of beef and various dishes! RoastPerfect has become a staple to my survival in the kitchen. It is the Aston Martin to my James Bond, the Rocinante to my Don Quixote, and the Herbie the Love Bug to my…whoever needed Herbie to get where they were going. Where I'm going is the chef hall of fame and how I get there is Roast Perfect.

Made sure my phone was not on silent and even turned up. Alarm does not sound.

Wow! This is an amazing app with so much information right at your fingertips! If you follow the simple step by step process it virtually fool proof. I love the variety of cuts suggested and the simple recipes they offer. Even make this average cook look great. Thanks Certified Angus Beef!!

Easy to use, and a ton of helpful information. Takes the mystery out of roasting! It is literally foolproof. I’ve used it several times and it has worked perfectly every time.

I enjoy RoastPerfect because it makes finding a roast recipe easy. Once you do find a good recipe to make RoastPerfect gives you the size of roast you need and tips on making it happen.

Just made the perfect meal for 20 people. Simple to use. Helped me pick the roast size and recipe/instructions. Loved having the timer and alarm walking me to the next step

Used on the Christmas bone in prime rib. Pulled only a few minutes before the time was up. Roast was perfect medium rare. Will continue using RoastPerfect when ever I roast a piece of beef.

The Roast Perfect app is a must for those of us that need a little help with time and temperatures. Just choose your roast and the weight, the rest is done!

I looked up a recipe and found this website. Watched a video of how to cook the roast. Got RoastPerfect , followed the instructions and then the timer doesn’t make a sound. What hood is a timer without a sound????

I checked the temp 25 mins before it was supposed to be medium rare and it was already at 140 degrees. I wanted to take it out at 120. Had to cut right away to stop from cooking anymore. Will not be using again.
