I am not sure how they are “safe”. They charged me twice through my Apple account and then sent me an email bill. When I pointed out that they not only charged me twice for one month, and they were still asking for more, they apologized and said they extended my membership. I have tried to log in multiple times only to be blocked. I contacted the help desk several times only to be told all should be fine. When I demanded a refund for the month I already paid for no service, I heard zero. They will take your money and that’s it, completely untrustworthy. Beware!!!

I purchased this app so I could use other apps overseas. The trial worked just fine but when I tried purchasing, my payment was refunded for some reason. Tried purchasing again twice in which one payment never went through and the other did with my phone. Somehow, with a valid invoice, my app kept saying my trial was expired and I needed to pay yet again. Customer service never responded to my questions and attempts at contact. Then, when trying to be refunded for my “service,” I had to speak to at least 6 people to finally get my subscription canceled and be told to contact apple for a refund. They did finally try to offer solutions at this point, however, it’s a little too late since I’m back from vacation and I no longer have a need for the service. Their customer service might actually be helpful and knowledgeable, but as far as actually listening to what their customer is asking for, they are terrible.

Used the app for a few months and every time I had a problem where my money would be deducted and yet the account blocked. I then had to initiate a dialog with their support to get the issue resolved and most of the time was asked to reinstall the app. I finally gave up and unsubscribed. But no, the issue was still not over. This time again I was charged although their website correctly mentioned my account’s status to be expired. Filing yet another complaint, they simply asked me to request the refund from Apple. I am still waiting on a resolution. Overall, extremely poor billing integration that they are unable to resolve despite repeated issues.
