If there was even less than one star I would have chose that.
A company that debt your card and even delivery fees and never delivers your order and despite contacting their customer care many times and sent many emails you get nothing all you get are lies that they are taking care of it or resolved your issue and honestly the only thing was resolved was for the company that is keeping their stuff and along with it the the customer’s money i.e. stealing money.
Horrible people that you call customer care personal unprofessional and help with absolutely nothing bunch of unprofessional thieves

I hate the fact that I keep getting emails when I never signed up for the newsletter. I kept clicking unsubscribe but it just took me to Boutiqaatبوتيكات and did nothing.
Turns out they didn't add the unsubscribe feature and it's impossible to unsubscribe EVEN if I delete my account. Fix this please!

Do not use Boutiqaatبوتيكات ... So bad service it take long time to arrive and when you contact them they only replay we don't know anything about when it will be arrived ... shipping charge is very high for this long time of waiting and their customer service are not helpful at all they do not know anything about the shipping or where is the order ... the price of the items is higher than other websites... no tracking for orders

- Before ordering know that you cannot exchange any product and they only have refund but the shipping will be on your expense and it will be very costly!
- The products description are not accurate!
- Call center are not well trained and they give false information.
- Customer’s satisfaction is their least concern.
- Think twice before registering your sensitive information, because they will keep all your account details. There is no delete option!

I had such a bad experience ordering from them. They did not deliver the item in 3 days. After a week of waiting, I called them and complained!! They kept telling me it will arrive today, and it never did. After waiting for days, when I called them, they told me that they will cancel my order because I was traveling. This is terrible service! I waited for more than 10 days for my package to arrive and then they cancel and tell me to have a good day. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Ive ordered before and it came wothin 3 days , the one that i just ordered now nearly 4 weeks!!? Whats happening?? Ive called in million of time to boutiqaat and aramex and always promise me thats its coming and i still didnt get it! I have a friend of my that ordered and got it after 3 days!!!

Their website and application needs more work. It lags a lot and is annoying to use. Other than that, I enjoy the service itself and enjoy ordering from them but they should really add more effort to the website and application to perfect it.

It took 15 days for my package to arrive. I understand since the world is messed up with Corona virus situation. However, their chat service is terrible. Every time I wanted to ask about my order status I don’t get a clear answer. You can really tell that the person behind it is a robot who uses pre prepared sentences.

Secondly, when the package has finally arrived, one of the products ( face mask) was expired since 2019!!

Now, I might wait forever to get my money back!

Hi! Hope you’re well. Wish you guys offered PayPal for a more secure payment method. I tend to only choose cash on delivery to avoid any issues with card issuer. Also charging almost 9 rials for delivery and cash upon delivery is outrageous. Every other website or app allows to do that for free.

Almost everything is sold out, i hope most of the things it will be back and i hope that we receive emails about what is new or messages & please bring for your customers much more enough quantity like for example you have makeup for ever blush palette a few pieces so bring please mucchhh more cause it will go fast and i have been waiting for more than 1 month and many products the same things. The first thing they will do they will take your money but the products you will never receive it on time they will keep calling you to give them your address and ID number which is sensitive number that is linked to a lot of things in some countries. I hope I will get my money back which already gone with the wind
