Since mid dec.the calor bt app doesn't function anymore. Any suggestion?
I have been using CalorBT app for about 3 years with no problems. However, last week I discovered that the TRV valves were not shown on the app. I set them up again only to find that when I left the CalorBT app all the information was lost. I tried a firmware update on one valve now it asks for the code of either 0000 or 1234 to be inserted neither of these codes work and I can't get the original code to display. Please can you help.
