I loved the idea of Bite, extremely practical, however the flaws are serious:
I ordered twice and stood waiting for a long time after being charged, but no drinks, so I went and talked to cashier and showed them the receipts so they processed the orders. I could have saved an hour of my time by going straight to cashier from first place.
I ordered a muffin with drink but no muffin was there, so I asked, they were out, without notifying me to select another choice or refund the muffin.
I tried to order 2 coffees this morning, when checking out, I got server error, so I went back and checked out again, till finally the server worked. The result was my credit card was charged 5 times for the same order. I called to complain, no refund, credit for 2 transactions, which I care less about credit. Paying $50 for $10 coffee is a failure for me.
