Vlive won’t work if I try to use it with cellular data. I’ve had VLIVEApp since the beginning of June and i’ve never had that sort of issue, but while I was watching the end of Hard Carry 2, it bugged out and stopped working. I tried using someone’s mobile hotspot to use it, and it worked fine. I’ve signed out and signed back in and put the settings the way they were, I reinstalled, and nothing. I’ve also contacted VLive’s help line, but they have not gotten back to me.
Update: VLive started working again, after 4 weeks and 2 emails. But, as I decided to stop using it for a few hours, it stopped working when I tried to use it again. I don’t know if VLIVEApp needs to work on being able to play on cellular data or just needs to completely change, but I know it’s not my device now. Please fix this.
p.s. I’m not going to send another email because it always takes 2+ weeks to get a response, and they never actually help.
