I need your help. I haven't used v live for some time, had no time. But today finally used it again. And everything was normal except when I wanted to comment on something, I was not allowed. Why?? I haven't used v live for some months already, and of course I didn't comment anything bad. Or did any special comments anyway. Vlive won’t work if I try to use it with cellular data. I’ve had this app since the beginning of June and i’ve never had that sort of issue, but while I was watching the end of Hard Carry 2, it bugged out and stopped working. I tried using someone’s mobile hotspot to use it, and it worked fine. I’ve signed out and signed back in and put the settings the way they were, I reinstalled, and nothing. I’ve also contacted VLive’s help line, but they have not gotten back to me.
Update: VLive started working again, after 4 weeks and 2 emails. But, as I decided to stop using it for a few hours, it stopped working when I tried to use it again. I don’t know if this app needs to work on being able to play on cellular data or just needs to completely change, but I know it’s not my device now. Please fix this.
p.s. I’m not going to send another email because it always takes 2+ weeks to get a response, and they never actually help.

Many people are unhappy with the layout, especially finding where the videos are. The “From Star” is also a little confusing because at first I was like, who’s star??? Having the fanship content over the regular channel content is confusing as well, especially if the fanship content is not regular. Since the main reason people use vlive is to watch videos, making them very visible as soon as someone clicks on a channel makes sense. Also, it’s nice to see a couple of videos at once, instead of the carousel feature. The inconsistent labeling of fanship content as “fanclub” or “special” adds to confusion. There have been many complaints about how the comments show up during live videos. There is a lot of lagging as well. Overall, I think this design has the potential to work if it addressed the main concerns of the users.

i just watched a sf9 vlive and it froze about 30 times. i kept having to leave and reclick the video on their page. it keeps saying to enable “secure connection” but it has been enabled from the moment i downloaded this app (which was years ago) and yet it still keeps freezing. i thought it was because i kept clicking the hearts or commenting too much, but it still happens even if i don’t. i have a stable WiFi connection as well, and this doesn’t happen with any other live-streams. this consistently happens with scheduled sf9 live streams, and i have experienced problems since two weeks ago with this issue.
please fix this. i bought fanship through you guys, the least you can do is not have the lives freeze every other minute. thanks
