it's saying i have 35 assist! i never had assist!!!

When I click on "Play" to see the sheet music, it asks me what kind of genres I like so that it can recommend sheet music. After selecting the genres and clicking continue, the app closes.

I am not able to run the app on my PC through the amazon appstore. I can sign in, but after that it crashes and then crashes immediately upon opening. Works on my iOS 16 device...

My son has been playing this app for hours on end lately, but today it is crashing upon startup. He is REALLY disappointed because he loves using it! Hoping for a solution soon!

I have deleted and reinstalled the program several times. Each time I get to the page where I rate the program it freezes (no matter what rating I give it). Although frozen it still plays the background music.

I being sick for couple of months. The screen tells me to tell friends about simple piano and freezes. I was playing arpegios when I left, thank you for your help and understanding.

It’s the first time that I go on the app and I bought a subscription a couple of days before and I’m not able to go on the app because it’s loading but really long and nothing is moving. I remove the app and tried again and restart the iPad too. What can I do, because I can’t enjoy the thing I pay for.

Am on Intermediate IV and can only play for a few minutes before app locks up. Have to go back in order to get app working. Love this app but freezeup is a constant problem. Have tried all their suggestions even sent a video of problem. Very frustrating!!

When I try to click the lesson I want it says can't connect to playstore?

I have 4 profiles, 2 of which are my girls. Why do they not have access to the Disney songs that I have?
