Playo is really poorly designed. It allows you to create an account using a mobile number and an email address, but it doesn’t actually require verification that the email address actually belongs to you.
Some guy created a this app account using my email address so I keep getting emails whenever he uses his account. And guess what? There’s no way for me to stop them! There are no links to click to unsubscribe from the emails. I’ve tried emailing this app customer support and it seems like this app doesn’t care, because they just ignore me.
I recommend that everyone avoid using Playo and I think Apple should remove it from Playo Store.

After upgrading to the latest version, redeem karma option is not working. Even when selecting to redeem karma, it does not apply the discount on the booking. Pls check this issue

Filter doesn't work. Location doesn't work. I haven't even tried to book as a result!

I live near a big city and filtered to include all surrounding areas for any of 16 selected sports/activities and nothing showed up. I know there are many athletes and sporting events to join in my area so if they’re not populating on Playo, I know that no one is using it. I’m sure there are more popular apps out there to find what I’m looking for.

I downloaded Playo searching for games in Mumbai. Nothing available for football and tennis. Also did not receive otp truing to signup using US phone number
