Poorly designed

This app is really poorly designed. It allows you to create an account using a mobile number and an email address, but it doesn’t actually require verification that the email address actually belongs to you.
Some guy created a Playo account using my email address so I keep getting emails whenever he uses his account. And guess what? There’s no way for me to stop them! There are no links to click to unsubscribe from the emails. I’ve tried emailing Playo customer support and it seems like Playo doesn’t care, because they just ignore me.
I recommend that everyone avoid using this app and I think Apple should remove it from the App Store.
Redeem karma not working after upgrade

After upgrading to the latest version, redeem karma option is not working. Even when selecting to redeem karma, it does not apply the discount on the booking. Pls check this issue
