Online access as a subscriber is non existent. System crashes without allowing online access. Even with TheStandardTimes installed.
Impossible to bring up full page view & only will sit on only half the display area on iPad. I am leaving the old app on my phone
When I read the paper I like to use e-newspaper, but it continually locks up and frozen!
The other format choices are not in clear understandable layouts
I used to like the paper and have been a subscriber for over 30 years.
And I continue to pay my subscription to read the e paper.
But unless this changes and works better I will be forced to drop my subscription

I don’t know what is crappier, TheStandardTimes that does nothing but crash or the Standard Times print version that is not even worthy of being placed on the bottom of a bird cage.
I received the same exact email for weeks with the same headline. You have failed the Southcoast and let tabloids become the main news source. Shame.
Wont be renewing. Same stories every day. Not at all like the paper publication…I used to enjoy the E PAPER. but I cant access it anymore. I will stick with the Globe.
TheStandardTimes seems to assume that all people really want to read is the sports. It should allow you to default initially to the news page
This newspaper has been a constant disappointment for so many years. I continue to have hope though, and, continue to afford an opportunity for this group to raise their standards for delivering a quality source of media related to the region.
I love the city from which I hail but I am growing weary of the ineptitude this organization continues to practice.
Get it together, Standard Times, or risk losing yet another loyal resident to other resources. :0(
