How to fix Cachebot app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cachebot app on iPhone
Update Cachebot app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cachebot iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cachebot on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cachebot network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Cachebot not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Cachebot app issues:

Force Stop the Cachebot App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Cachebot app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Cachebot to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cachebot App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Cachebot app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Cachebot.

Fix Cachebot unable to contact server/ Cachebot internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Cachebot » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Cachebot » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cachebot on android.
