1st visit pump staff recommended to install ADNOCDist ., i did than he said i can’t use it after filling, the second time tried to use it but it Keeps asking me to drive around the station while my car is exactly at the pump, unlike Enoc app. easy to use, You need to run a beta before releasing ADNOCDist to avoid customers disappointment.
Third time i drove to satwa station as per app, but it is closed.
Any reason to visit again

Failed application. I have contacted customer service and have not received a response. I left a voice message to look into my problem and the complaint was not answered. An email has been sent but I have not been contacted.
The application is not working for two weeks. You let us put money in ADNOCDist and I can’t use it!!! I don’t understand how hard to keep ADNOCDist maintained.
Even when it was working, not all the Petrol stations has the ability to pay by ADNOCDist !!!
ADNOCDist. I think it’s only work as advertising for the company, it’s features are not all working, it’s not easy to contact with customer services and when you did they are not much help.
App keep crashing when going to see the beneficiary dashboard + it gives me error #10 when trying to top up
Overall it trash without this two services.
After you log out from the APPS, you can not log in again. It always goes to new register page. So I can not use this apps forever because there is no LOG IN exists.
ADNOCDist has still a long way to be a good app. Hope they will consider topping up the account without entering the credit card details, always. ADNOCDist relies heavily on its website itself so better use the web browser instead 😊
I downloaded ADNOCDist and when I was doing the registration step I was surprised that it need my EID and access to the camera which is not right for you as a reward app to access this information
Go to Yas application by ENOC and learn
I placed orders that have been cancelled with no warning. Calling customer service and no one answers. Basically pointless to use ADNOCDist aside from collecting points
After I registered can't access the wallet as always give me error wallet server error, you guys advertising on something in beta version still need alot of work, you could give this project to agood company not freelancer
More Payment methods i.e Mobile Balance, App Store Billing, PayPal in addition to credit card payments are required to be added for more convenience

Why I have to login every time?
Right now ADNOCDist still a bit junky and so outdated, still have to sign in every time when you open ADNOCDist & there is no face ID, doesn't save any of your bank card details.. you have to enter your card details every time you want to put money into your account which is pain and it takes time 🤦♂️
Good app but need to include receipts of last transactions including the amount of liters and price

Every time I try to click on ADNOCDist it’s not opening, I have re install it but the same issue
Need to enter card details every time to top up. No Apple Pay to top up the balance.
The new update for ADNOCDist made it very easy to log in and to manage your account.
