The "Area & Distance - Map Measure" app is designed to make measuring area and distance on the map easy. The app allows users to drop pins on the map to determine the distance between points and calculate the area inside those pins. The app also provides the option to save and load results for future use.

- Calculate the area inside the pins by dropping three or more pins
- Edit pins by dragging them around or deleting them in the "Edit" menu
- Clear all pins and lines with the "Clear" button
- Move the map to your current location with the "Locate" button

- Subscription-based service to remove ads
- Monthly, six-monthly, and yearly subscription plans available
- Payment for subscriptions charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

Excellent app
We used AreaDistance to measure our ball fields for dead on accuracy when we compared too the actual measured fields that we had measurements for.

Interface can’t be seen.
Two things.
I would very gladly pay for a version that has no advertisements.
The user interface at the bottom of the screen is so dark I almost couldn’t find it.

It’s much better than before
I hadn’t used AreaDistance in a while and decided to do a clean up. I wanted to go through all of my map and navigation apps and update & compare them.
This one has improved in the past 6 years but I think I prefer Planimeter, Distance Tool, and Measure Map Pro.

The best app for land surveys and planning
The best one I’ve used so far. Haven’t upgraded just yet. Helped tremendously in calculating land boundaries and brainstorming old deed from the late 40’s.

Helpful app. Just one small thing
AreaDistance is just what was looking for!!! One thing I would like to see is a user location indicator. It's hard to track my current location while in a certain area. This indicator is standard on all maps... I'm pretty shocked it's not on AreaDistance.
