Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Squla app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Squla app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Squla app on iPhone
Update Squla app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Squla iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Squla on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Squla network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix Squla not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Squla app issues:

Force Stop the Squla App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Squla app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Squla to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Squla App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Squla app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Squla.

Fix Squla unable to contact server/ Squla internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Squla » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Squla » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Squla on android.
