Problem remains even after one year, the txt messages are never received even after trying three different numbers. I am a software platform architect myself, surprised how someone can put an App that fails on the basic onboarding of users. For dev people, don’t expect your users to contact support just to onboarding themselves, most will just balk.

broken code when registering credit card, which does not inspire confidence in who is handling my card information. Also doesn’t send texts to US numbers for registration.

SMS code to activate never shows up

I don’t know how other users are able to buy tickets using this platform. I have tried multiple emails and phone numbers and yet not one verification code has been sent or received by my phone. ArrivaMyPay is promoted as an easier to use service then buying a ticket on the bus but is 10x more frustrating. Fix ArrivaMyPay .

Awful app. Should’ve read the reviews. Never got the code texted to my phone. Why are you all advertising an app that doesn’t work?? Makes this very hard for people who need to plan our bus tickets….

I have a US phone number, could register email fine but can’t get past the phone number part as it never sends the code via text message

If you are American, just pay the 3,70 Euro fare.

You might be reading those reviews and thinking that the other users did something incorrect. That’s certainly what I thought. I was wrong. This US user also did not receive a text after multiple attempts.

Don’t waste your time. App doesn’t work.

SMS authentication to the US fails. Don’t bother if you have a +1 number from the states.

ArrivaMyPay is useless. Like everyone else has mentioned SMS text messages to verify your account are never received.

Just like everyone else stated, you will not receive the text for verifying your phone number. I tried my French number as well as my American number. Nada

I never got the text for the activation code. So I deleted ArrivaMyPay .

I, like everyone else, could not get my activation code on my US phone number. I called the support line, gave them my email address and they were able to activate my account immediately. That seems like the only way to make ArrivaMyPay work lol.
