Problem remains even after one year, the txt messages are never received even after trying three different numbers. I am a software platform architect myself, surprised how someone can put an App that fails on the basic onboarding of users. For dev people, don’t expect your users to contact support just to onboarding themselves, most will just balk.

You might be reading those reviews and thinking that the other users did something incorrect. That’s certainly what I thought. I was wrong. This US user also did not receive a text after multiple attempts.

Does not send text which was needed to
confirm the account. Prevented from
buying ticket using app. Rendered app
useless. Perhaps because my phone is from US (?) even though that was one of the calling prefixes available.
