write this review for those who know nothing about one of our most efficient eGov platforms that has been called "Absher" which means "at your service". Simply Absherأبشر makes our life very convenient; it saves us time, effort, money and much more than that. No body outside Saudi Arabia could imaging where were we before Absher! Since it was launched 11 years ago, Absher has been greatly contributing to the quality of our lives. Yes, it improved it big time. Moreover, it has supported and enhanced both security and efficiency of other eGov services. I know that many countries on the G20 list are still far away from reaching what Absher has brought to us. There are more than 25 eService on Absher that any good citizen of a country would be thrilled and delighted to have access to within his/er country. We are grateful and thankful to the great men and women behind Absher platform. My parent's generation, my generation and next generations can't/won't thank you enough for your outstanding achievements. All the best!

Absherأبشر makes everything easier in your life in Saudi .All what you need you don’t have to go to the DMV and waist your time, you can do it through Absherأبشر . If you want to give you car to a friend or anyone can register the car under his name Temporary

You can’t find Absherأبشر in any other countries, USA you have to wait hours to renew ur ID

One of my favorite apps. It always helps me to easily get done with all my personal documents and process such as issuing, renewal passport and more than 100 services. Wither I am in the country or out. I don't have to travel back to do some of the services. Also, I don't have to leave my work and stay in lines at different government departments to do some of the services.

Absherأبشر is public and can be used by everyone ( male, female, citizen, and not citizen).

Everyone can register and utilize the services in Absherأبشر.

An excellent initiative in a very nice and simple system (application). It saves us a lot of time & it eliminates bureaucracy. As a senior computer professional, I can tell you that it does the job in a simple, straightforward way without any security compromises. In other words, it is simple & secure. Everyone in the family (above 16) can finish their government processes on their own. My wife & daughter like this a lot as it saves them time.. university time.. they finish their needs in a few minutes. You can also delegate to another person.. I can help my wife.. she can help me .. etc electronically without any need for physical presence. Our house staff also have their own usernames & passwords and they can finish their needs just like everyone else.. equally and seamlessly. Don’t forget home documents delivery.. Right to your doorsteps!! The Arabic meaning of the name of Absherأبشر says it all; Absher! Thanks for making everyone’s life easier *hug*

Instead of skipping work, waiting in long lines, returning for appointments, to renew a national ID, reissue a passport or driver’s licence, Absherأبشر is every one’s dream come true. Just download and do everything from home. And the service is done as soon as you click ENTER. It’s great also for those who have difficulty running around public offices: senior citizens, the physically challenged, etc. Absherأبشر doesn’t come up with its own set of regulations and laws. With or without Absherأبشر , conditions and laws still apply.
I think all countries should have Absherأبشر for their citizens.

Before Absher we Saudis had to wait in long lines at Government offices to get any service done. This is all in the past but now I can get most these services on Absher, no more waiting lines. Let me give some examples, I can now renew my passport, car registration, ID card and even more within few clicks on Absher App. My daughter is a US citizen, it takes 5-6 weeks to renew her passport. But in Saudi renewing or issuing a new passport (using Absher) takes less than 24 hour, do you get that!!

To all those who jut woke up, after five years of the Absher app existing on the Apple Store and Google Play, and presume to instruct us, who are actually living through this amazing and precarious time of change:

To the Apple Store, please keep up the good work. Absherأبشر has made every day life easier for the men and women of Saudi Arabia, and will exist one way or another in the future, we would very much rather it be with you.

Absherأبشر is phenomenal. I can get so much done with just a click of a button. I can renew my car registration, have it delivered to my home. I can renew my passport, my driver’s license, my ID, etc. and also enjoy home delivery. I get to find out details on car registration, auto insurance, expiry dates, set alerts and much more. If I want to start a business or get any sort of official permit for a business-related transaction, Absherأبشر is the go-to facilitator. I can even report lost official documents through Absherأبشر and get replacement; it’s just that convenient.

Absherأبشر is an online platform that help citizens process their governmental documents such as DMV, driving license, IDS, social security , it’s a governmental portal to make it easier for citizens to apply to any kind of governmental services the aim is to digitalize documentation and process, make it easy and fast to be served rather than spending days from a ministry to another or from departments to another. Simply technology serving humanity and making life easier and governmental services faster, please stop attacking my county this is absher is an app that documents digitalize information and process applications to serve people!

Hi all,
I am a western woman married to a Saudi man, and we have children. Since the development of the actually, fantastic app, all of our lives have become so much easier. We can now order our visas as we wish, get tourist visa for relatives and not to forget, how smooth the process has become for us living here.
It would be such a setback for our society, to loose this because of some complaints. Before we had to leave work, wait in lines , time consumption for everything, then back again for collection of documents.
Absher is now working for us in every matter , be car registration, insurance purposes, personal issues , like ID cards, passports, new baby notification, marriage, and many other situations.
Is it fair to even consider, removing an app that so many benefit from?
There are always unhappy persons, but to my understanding this system is working so well for so many, both locals and the guest workers here, that is would be a huge set back for our freedom and advancement! I have been living here 35 years!

Absherأبشر has made our live easier as Saudis, we can process all government transactions from our houses, offices, even cars and airports by one click only. Traffics and licenses, tickets and registrations, National IDs, Passports, citizens services ... etc. Previously, we used to waste our time running between many different building in order to get a single paper which is required for other transaction in other building, but now we can get all what we want through Absherأبشر with easy way, time saving, less interacting with many people. Honestly, Absherأبشر is the best ever and I can’t imagine my live without and I don’t my live to go back before having Absherأبشر.

Absher is a very useful and easy application, it really made government services easier, smoother and faster... it literally eased our lives as Saudi citizens as well as foreigners residing in Saudi Arabia.

As for the assumptions currently outside countries are having and promoting, it is really unacceptable and does not reflect the actual situation... I know a lot of women who are using Absher in their own names and passwords, further, in the case a husband does not want his wife to get access or to use his password to use the application when she needs, then Absher application (the government) has nothing to do with that, it is the husband’s decision.... and I assure you that nowadays things are different in Saudi Arabia women are easily and freely are having access to the application.

Absherأبشر made the life of every one in Saudi Arabia very easy, as anyone can just login and do any government related matters from anywhere and at anytime. Many services could be done right on Absherأبشر such as issuing new passport, ID, applying for expats visa and or renewing ex-pats visa renew drivers license, do all vehicles related matters online as well as
Everything could be paid online and delivered through Saudi post to the wanted address. So Basically everything related to the government could be done online through Absherأبشر which made it the most useful governments APP in my opinion. I have lived in the United States for many years and I did not see such thing exist and I have never heard the same app is used in many countries.

It is hard to imagine how we were living before Absherأبشر came out. It literally provides us with that commodity that always drains and never increases - time. I can avail many services including but not limited to:
- Issue and renewing passport whilst choosing to receive it by post or pick up.
- Renew all types of documents, IDs, licenses.
- Check traffic violations
- Issue and renew Visas for domestic workers and family members.
- Renew and check status of cars through a dashboard.
- Issue powers of attorney electronically to use the service in case I can’t.

In fact, Absher services and dashboard are far superior to any bank-grade dashboard that I have seen. I would argue that there is no app like it in the world. It makes life easier. On top of that, the developers regularly come out with new services that further the goal of Absherأبشر . Which is to make citizens and expatriates living in the Kingdom and abroad enjoy peace of mind as we complete/execute services in the palm of our hand.

I would argue that there is no app like it in the world and that it would be a great template from which nations could derive a great lesson in servicing the people it hopes to satisfy. Thank you to the developers.

A couple of years ago if you wanted to get a license , passport , etc basically any governmental work you had to go and wait for a couple of hours in the heat it made life harder especially for old people , now with a click of a button you can renew your license or passport or even get a new one while you’re laying in bed for you or your family even they get it delivered to your doorstep within 2 days with no extra cost ,
all of the people outside of Saudi Arabia don’t have these kind of services you have to go yourself and wait for at least 3 hours in line as I experienced before in America ,France , Germany and many other countries , this is just plain hatred against something so peaceful and helpful...

Absherأبشر revolutionized the way Saudi citizens deal with government related documents, requests, traffic related issues, immigration, and courts. It enabled us to do everything one needs to do in a matter of seconds with a touch of a finger. I can renew my driver license, issue my passport, grant power of attorney and to top it off you can have them delivered to your house.
All of these services would take weeks in any country.
After all of this tremendous effort that have been made some ignorant, culturally illiterate who have no idea what Absherأبشر is about come and say oh wait a second we need to band Absherأبشر because some other ignorant told me it is bad for women rights...! Are you kidding me!!!!? have you even tried Absherأبشر before making a joke of yourself. I’m starting to lose faith in humanity lol

I had to wait for days to do any small governmental procedure in the past. But now with this most needed and perfect App, it so easy to finish most difficult and complicated action with a click of a button in my way to the Airport for example. Honestly, I consider Absherأبشر as the most important innovation that has been innovated or developed in last 50 years in the Saudi. I can’t even imagine my life without Absherأبشر. Really thank you Saudi government for such brilliant, smart, and continuous hard work to satisfy us as Saudi citizens. I would like finally to to say to those who have doubts about Absherأبشر; just don’t use it, but we can’t live without it, end of story!!!
