Technical Glitch Lost Us Upgrade

We were told by the airline staff that there was plenty of seating in executive, but when it came down to bidding, the “place bid” button didn’t work. As a result, we were too late to upgrade at the check in counter and couldn’t upgrade. Terrible experience and wish we would have booked directly.

This app is not for all airlines to bid in upgrades. I found it only works for TAP Portugal. Am deleting it.
Easy but Needs some work

Easy to get a cheap upgrade. The app itself could use significant work. Lots of glitches and bugs. Great first attempt. Hire a better developer or more of them. Seems like an intern made it. Also add the ability to switch cards when you're bidding/change card within the app. App Onboarding process needs to not jump immediately into a live bid either. I would recommend show a fake bid process, then have another button that says "Ready for the real thing?" And then show the real biding panel.
