my phone has two sim cards - ID and SG. Now your app asks me to update OR tutup. When I update ... google play shows me that the app is not available in my country. I tried to purchase via my laptop...then when I was about to pay... you sak me to link my gopay with tokopedia. I tried and it says that my ID phone number is linked to another account. Then I tried changing to my friend's number but I realised I cannot change back to my number for the account. I have purchases to make and they are stuck

How to fix Tokopedia app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tokopedia app on iPhone
Update Tokopedia app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tokopedia iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tokopedia on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tokopedia network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tokopedia Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tokopedia not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tokopedia App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tokopedia » click [Force Stop]

Update Tokopedia to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tokopedia App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tokopedia » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tokopedia.

Fix Tokopedia unable to contact server/ Tokopedia internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tokopedia » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tokopedia » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tokopedia
