- Once you subscribe to a plan and you don't cancel it manually like you subscribed, that plan will renew automatically because you gave the permission.
- When you subscribe for a trial period and then you cancel, you run the risk of losing that trial content altogether.
- You must remember to manually cancel a subscription 24 hours before the trial period ends.

How to Cancel ZigZag Subscription on your iPhone or iPad.
- First, open the settings app and tap on your name.
- Then, tap on the "Subscriptions" tab.
(Note that you might not automatically see this tab. In that case, tap on iTunes & Appstore) - Next, tap on your Apple ID. View Apple ID then sign in and scroll down to the "Subscriptions" button.
- Next, tap on ZigZag (subscription) you want to review.
- Now, Tap on Cancel.
(Note that if you don't see a "Cancel Subscription" button for ZigZag, then it's definitely canceled already. It won't be renewed anymore).
How to Cancel ZigZag Subscription on your Android device
To cancel ZigZag subscription on Android, you need to realize that deleting the ZigZag app alone won't cut it. Follow the steps below:
- First, open the Google Play Store. If you have multiple Google accounts, be sure you're signed into the right one.
- Click on menu, then go to "Subscriptions".
- Choose the ZigZag subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the "Cancel Subscription" option.
- Finish up as directed.
Once your ZigZag subscription has been removed from Google Play, your future subscriptions will be cancelled and won't be renewed anymore.

How to Cancel ZigZag Subscription on a Mac computer.
To cancel ZigZag subscription on your Mac, do the following:
- First open the Mac App Store, then click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click on the "View Information" tab at the top of the window and sign in if asked to do so.
- Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
- Click "Edit" beside the ZigZag app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".
Note: Always make sure to use the exact username and ID you used to set up the subscription to manage that subscription when necessary. This is sometimes different from the Apple ID or Android brand ID you have set up.
If you don't remember your password however, contact the App for help/to reset password.
How to Cancel ZigZag Subscription on Paypal.
To cancel your ZigZag subscription on PayPal, do the following:
- First log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com .
- Click on the settings tab which is beside the logout option.
- Press "Payments" from the menu provided to you and click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
- You'll be shown a series of merchants' agreement you've transacted before. Click on "ZigZag" or "Ketchapp" to cancel.
- You will be shown a confirmation page. Click on the "Cancel Automatic Payments" tab to affirm that you want to stop making payments to ZigZag.
- Then click "Done" on the verification page to complete the unsubscription.
What to do if you subscribed directly on ZigZag's website?
Here's how to cancel your ZigZag subscription when billed through a payments provider that is not the Appstore, Playstore or Paypal.
Sometimes, you may start a subscription directly on a company's website without using an extra layer of security like Paypal or Apple. To unsubscribe, you might have to sign into ZigZag's website or directly reach out to their payments provider.
Generally, here are some steps you can take if you find yourself in that fix:
- Finding the company's information, then reach out to them directly: Get all ZigZag's contact details here
- Visit the website of ZigZag. Click to visit .
- Login to your account.
- In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
- Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

- Click on that X to delete the ZigZag app from your phone.
Method 2:
Go to Settings and click on General then click on "iPhone Storage". You will then scroll down to see the list of all the apps installed on your iPhone. Tap on the app you want to uninstall and delete the app.
For iOS 11 and above:
Go into your Settings and click on "General" and then click on iPhone Storage. You will see the option "Offload Unused Apps". Right next to it is the "Enable" option. Click on the "Enable" option and this will offload the apps that you don't use.
Delete ZigZag from Android
- First open the Google Play app, then press the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner.
- After doing these, go to "My Apps and Games" option, then go to the "Installed" option.
- You'll see a list of all your installed apps on your phone.
- Now choose ZigZag, then click on "uninstall".
- Also you can specifically search for the app you want to uninstall by searching for that app in the search bar then select and uninstall.

Zigzag is a very fun game I play almost everyday! Not only is it addictive and cool, but it's also a great time killer! Whether you have to wait at a doctors office, or play the game till you get tired and fall asleep, it's the best game to play if you want a challenge! I just started playing and already have a high score of 79! This game is also great for a break at work or if you're just bored and hungry for a satisfying game. I think it's also great exercise for the brain and timing when you have to tap the screen to move the little black ball left to right. I encourage people to get this game because it's great for all ages who have an addiction to fun games like this one. Another thing I admire about Zigzag is how the little ramp where the ball rolls on changes colors as you move on! It's very colorful and pretty. In my opinion, the best time to play is when you're curled up in the couch or in bed, recovering from a long, stressful day! I love relaxing and plying this game. The last reason why I love Zigzag (if I listed all of my reasons, this review would be the size of America) is because of the clean, fresh look. It may sound weird, but even the sounds he ball makes is nice and cool! In summation, Zigzag is an excellent game, and another Ketchapp game I like is Trio, which also extraordinary!

I...love...this...game!!! It is the most fun game I have played all winter!! I got my phone for my bday, and it is 1 of the 1st games that I got! I reccomend this game to everyone who loves games that are hard core. Most of the games that I play, aren't that much fun, but this game...IS AMAZING!!😍😍😍 I play this all day everyday. To me: the adds are at good standards, complicated(but in the BEST way possible), fun, addicting, hard core, perfect game to make you unboard, and most of all...the game that will wake you up for sure! You guys are GREAT at making AMAZINGLY fun games. Ever since I got my phone, I have been waking up early to play on it. But none of the games wake me up! This game is the game that I would play everyday all day! This game is my family's favorite game EVER! Sometime after dinner we will all gather around the dinner table and try to beat our high scores. Sometimes we will even face off. This game was my older sister Bella's favorite game, and I never see her anymore because she goes to a privet school about an hour or 2 away, so this game keeps me happy and makes me feel like she is still there with me. I absolutely love this game. It helps me deal with my stress and anxiety, and allows me to kind of decompose after a hard day. Sound effects are great. I love how it changes colors when you are getting more points, it adds to the overall visual enjoyment. The only issues are that ads tend to come up during game play. However, this only occurs when you open it after a couple hours or a long time and it occurs during the first round, in the first couple of points. This is a minor issue and doesn’t need resolving. Plus, airplane mode removes ads. No more problems, just a suggestion. If the player could collect gems and spend them on power ups like being able to resurrect after a silly death or when they are really close to beating a high score, or having different balls, would be really cool. Overall, I think this game is fantastic and Ketchapp is a great game developer. They make great thinking and relaxing games, perfect for like 90% of people. Great game, I play it almost every day! Officially addicted! Keep up the great work!

I love this game it is super addicting! And is really fun to play! It is also challenging! I love a good challenge! It was a little tricky at first but I got the hang of it! I will say there is a couple problems. The first one is the adds! Sometimes I'm playing and an add will just pop up in the middle of the game!! It's super annoying and needs to be fixed! The other thing is when I'm playing it sticks! And one time I was hoping to beat my record and all of a sudden it just stuck!! I was so upset!! This is another thing that should be fixed! Those are really the only problems but there really shouldn't be any at all! I also have a suggestion. You should be able to keep going by using crystals! Like for example if I fall off the edge I can save myself with let's say 20 crystals maybe more or less! It's just a suggestion! I love this game but I would love it even more if it didn't have these problems!
