Great app could use some improvement

Great app that is very useful if you know the reasons to use it, previous review mentioned the acronym but it is obvious that RPS stands for relative public safety, especially if you read the description. Also many of us using this app are in the prison industry and not layman, and many of us using this know that Relativity inc. is based out of arkansas so it is going to be mainly inmates from arkansas. Great app but could use small improvement here and there.

    Very helpful!!

This app is awesome, I get to see who has been booked in, what for, and when court dates are along with charges. It's crazy when you know someone and get to see what they are in for!

App does not work at all

No information pulls, at all. Some dialog boxes come up for you to fill out, when you try searching with those they not only don’t pull any information, but you can’t even click on the ‘X’ to try and get out of it.

    Rough, Needs Lots of Improvement

App has potential but now it's not ready for prime time. Issues: 1) Very limited databases to choose from. Unless you live in Arkansas, you won't find the data useful. Database needs to be updated. 2) What STATE are the agencies located? This is not displayed in the agency list. I only discovered they were from AR by looking at the individual records. 3) No one cares about the distance. Knowing the location is key. 4) User navigation could be improved. Having a back button is more convenient to go back to the agency list than having to go through a main menu. 5) What does RPS stand for? Define your acronyms before you use them! Your users are layman and not in the prison industry.
