How to Cancel Lezhin Comics-Premium Webtoons

Many people would complain about buying webtoons/comics, and ask LezhinComics to have their episodes to be free. But I understand why they have the episodes for most WEBTOONs to buy. I like how LezhinComics gives you an opportunity to let you see the preview, just a few episodes, of the series. It’s let’s you get to see the outcome of the comic if you would want to continue with the storyline or, if the theme does not suit your tastes to keep reading it, you’re not wasting money for just a preview or the first episode. I appreciate how they give readers those opportunities. What I also experienced is that the LezhinComics and the creator(s) have episodes free, or something like waiting for a limit of hours to a day for an episode. Since I’m an Apple user, there are of course Apple policies. From what I learned is that LezhinComics follows the Apple policy to whomever owned Apple, due to Apple’s safety for others. Because of that I was unable to get to see the adult content from the app. I went to the website to LezhinComics and was able to subscribe and buy to comics from there. Since I bought the comic I wanted it transferred that comic to the app, into the saved. I was glad that LezhinComics was able to let me do that from their website.

I love this app and is one of my top two comic reading apps that i have on my phone. However, after sometime of not using the app for a while(studies and such have to come first) i found that some of my favourite comics are no longer on the app. I don’t know if it’s like a subscription type deal with the artists/creators or something else, but I’m really sad i can no longer read a few of my favourites. Other than that this app is great and I don’t mind have to pay for episodes, creators and developers have to make money after all.😁 Edit: thanks for replying Lehzin Rep, however I realized the issue I am having is because of apple policy and not an error on Lehzin’s end. Thank you for taking the time to reply! I’ve updated my review to five stars because it’s something Lehzin cannot fix.

Remember when you had to buy comics? Yea we all do. And say like, a manga is $13 and the series has a bunch of mangas. It’s $13 times whatever the number of books in the series. That’s a crap ton more compared to those $30-$40 that you’re talking about that you apparently “wasted” on comics. First of all, it was your choice to use that money. And second, it is disrespect to say that you wasted money on someone’s comics. I don’t think you’ll be able to say that to their face when you meet them. Lastly, you’re taking free comics for granted. These great and talented people need to be paid and it’s a great system that they made. Shut up and leave if you don’t want to pay.

This app, hands down has the best comics I’ve ever read, but the prices are unbelievable, I think I spent 35-40 dollars in real money just to afford the comics. It’s way too expensive and there are other methods to make money on the app. Obviously with the badish ratings that you are getting, you aren’t getting money for the app. But if more people download the app because there is good ratings, you guys will make more money. You can promote other companies with ads but you definitely have to lower the prices for the coins because one comic page can cost 3 coins leading the money to go by really quickly. Lower your prices and raise the amount of coins you get. You guys have a bunch of comics that people can’t even read because they are so expensive. Please take this into consideration because there is only so much money your consumers can have to pay for these comics.

I wish it was free, but unfortunately it won’t do it in the future, and I know you can get free coins by doing by the app. Also, there some free comics and you have to wait for days. It’s really hard for see all the comics, I wished we have a better thing like this, but I still like this app and screaming my head off like a child for liking some nice and great comics. But, we all complain about this app not helpful because of the app problems.. and we all hurt inside because is not free, getting our coins back from a event, and something else... well, I give this app a 1-3 stars, but I wished it was all the comics was free and fixing the app problems. Also, we can be happy about this fixing the app problems and the free comics. So, yeah this my review and thank you for reading this whoever you are..

I didn't order this and tried canceling it but you still took payments out there were 3 payments #1 was in the amount of $88.36. # 2 was in the amount of $5.99 #3 was in the amount of $19.99. I WANT THIS CANCELED NOW .I DONT WANT THIS AND HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT IT IS .
