Your Website was extremely helpful full of extraordinary rentals. Any fool who could not get pass the "Second Screen" has probably has an extremely low IQ! I don't claim to be a Computer Genius, but it would take a complete idiot not to understand such a simple website! It was self explanatory. You simply answered the questions asked and enter your information and there you go! This is in reply to one of your previous "Reviewer's! I only found one listing who's photographs were fuzzy and of poor quality. Other than that the website was extremely informational and simple to use! I would give it five out of five stars! Just READ & FOLLOW the Website's clearly spelled out instructions and follow them. Unfortunately, some people are never happy unless they are complaining about something.

Great for browsing without the pressure of purchasing
I like it best when they offer multiple pictures of the same room from different points of a room and even better the approximate dimensions of rooms as well. Gives you a proper feel for it before you commit yourself to scheduling an appointment to see it in person. I also appreciate when they give you the option to view the property on a map and list the nearest stations and school which is very helpful. And sometimes, although I wish it was a requirement for every listing, they state details of the tenancy rental procedures (deposits) and what utilities are/aren't included.

The site is great the app needs work
1) can't draw, edit an area from the ipad, neither on the app nor on the website if using an ipad 2) when interested in a property whatever message you write in your "optional message" area WILL NOT BE SENT. there is a bug in the system that won't allow messages to stick. 3) when stating your purpose, as in "looking to buy", "looking to sell" etc, you can't state "looking to lease/rent". 4) no memory! if I were looking at a property and then went on maps to check out the position (ie another app), I wouldn't come back to the same property, but to the homepage! needs work!

Indespensible house hunting tool
The app is great for helping form informed opinions when searching for property. As long as you have a specific location in mind for your search, you can move from current listings to selling prices to current values very easily and intuitively. The augmented reality is kind of fun. Really great resource, and it's been very helpful.
