It’s ,mostly, easy to use. I bit cumbersome at times navigating the properties. Ok now about the maps, the resolution is so poor, it would do better with a 10 year olds pencil drawings. Oh, one more thing, how about adding bathrooms as a criteria. Also a standard for seeing the size of the property, I’m speaking of the land.

When clicking on the Link shared by someone ZooplahomepropertysearchUK opens up but it doesn’t take you to the property, so sharing effectively makes not a lot of sense.

Good place to look for homes, apartments, etc. but wish the settings were a tad more user friendly.

Good UI, decent filter selection, reasonable memory. Mildly non-intuitive behavior when modifying a search in progress and then returning to earlier search results, but overall solid performance.

I’m having to search from across the pond and Zoopla makes it easy to find and understand the general area.

Love ZooplahomepropertysearchUK, but perhaps more info can be provided to help renters from the US? One-bed let — is that for a person to rent one room of a two-bedroom flat? How can I tell the difference between that and a one-bedroom flat to rent by myself?

I do believe my first review was over two years ago it is now the end of June in 2021 and thank goodness the majority of the pandemic is behind us now! And I’m delighted to see that Google Street maps is back!

Easy to use, great for people not from an area and trying to find a specific Neiborhood to move to.

Zoopla is wonderful for finding places to buy and live. It has great listings which are nearly all accurate and well-detailed. ZooplahomepropertysearchUK sometimes craps out on me, but well, that’s China’s unreliable internet.

Just perfect. I’m familiar with Zillow in US. Same kinda thing, but better. More helpful. More information. It was what I needed new to the area.

Now you can’t draw on the map for the search area you want. The filters act up, it’s a terrible update!

I've never had any issues with ZooplahomepropertysearchUK . I've been using it for about 2 years, more to keep track of prices in certain areas than anything else. I live overseas and our family plans to be living in the U.K. In the next 18 months or so and want to know what values really are.

Your Website was extremely helpful full of extraordinary rentals. Any fool who could not get pass the "Second Screen"
has probably has an extremely low IQ! I don't claim to be a Computer Genius, but it would take a complete idiot not to understand such a simple website! It was self explanatory. You simply answered the questions asked and enter your information and there you go! This is in reply to one of your previous "Reviewer's! I only found one listing who's photographs were fuzzy and of poor quality. Other than that the website was extremely informational and simple to use! I would give it five out of five stars! Just READ & FOLLOW the Website's clearly spelled out instructions and follow them. Unfortunately, some people are never happy unless they are complaining about something.

I like it best when they offer multiple pictures of the same room from different points of a room and even better the approximate dimensions of rooms as well. Gives you a proper feel for it before you commit yourself to scheduling an appointment to see it in person. I also appreciate when they give you the option to view the property on a map and list the nearest stations and school which is very helpful. And sometimes, although I wish it was a requirement for every listing, they state details of the tenancy rental procedures (deposits) and what utilities are/aren't included.

1) can't draw, edit an area from the ipad, neither on ZooplahomepropertysearchUK nor on the website if using an ipad
2) when interested in a property whatever message you write in your "optional message" area WILL NOT BE SENT. there is a bug in the system that won't allow messages to stick.
3) when stating your purpose, as in "looking to buy", "looking to sell" etc, you can't state "looking to lease/rent".
4) no memory! if I were looking at a property and then went on maps to check out the position (ie another app), I wouldn't come back to the same property, but to the homepage!
needs work!

ZooplahomepropertysearchUK is great for helping form informed opinions when searching for property. As long as you have a specific location in mind for your search, you can move from current listings to selling prices to current values very easily and intuitively. The augmented reality is kind of fun. Really great resource, and it's been very helpful.

They have fixed all the bugs. As I've been walking around London, I've had a lot of fun using this to see what's for sale. Mine hasn't crashed once. Easy to use, easy to filter searches, and photos load quickly. Wish we had the same ap in NYC and Paris.

You can not just press rent. That's why it keeps loading. You have to press the search button and put what city you want to live in, then press rent. Also, Zoopla is used if you live in England, not America. I found my forever home. It's an amazing app.

ZooplahomepropertysearchUK has saved me so much time and given me an in depth understanding of the property market in my search area. An indispensable research tool. I will purchase a property as a result of it being advertised on Zoopla.

ZooplahomepropertysearchUK was amazing till about a week ago it just stopped searching right after the iPad's new update .. It would be great to fix the problem..
