How to Cancel Sleep Machine Lite

My cousin stayed over the night i got this app and when she stays over we like to stay up an talk all night long. But the second i put this on i was sooooo tired and so was she. Within 10 minutes we were both asleep. I know that cause she was snoring!! This is for people who are sceptacle. Dont believe the negative comments. One person was upset because they got this one and another one and the other one had over 100 noises for free. But at night before you go to bed do you really want to scan through 100 different noises just to fall asleep. And you dont even know if that app works well or not. if you really want more noises just buy the full version if you can. (and i completely understand if you cant.) it works just fine for me and lots if others. Just try it, its free so if you dont like it just delete it.

I have always liked sleeping with some noise in the background (like a fan or humidifier). Lately, this has become more of a necessity, so sleeping without any noise is awkward. Usually I run an air purifier that covers this, but if I'm away from home, I need something else. This app (the "lite" version) is very nice for a free app. Yes, it tries to promote the paid upgrade, but it does it in a fairly noninvasive way, and there are (currently) no sleazy ads for internet dating services like many free apps have. The only ad is for the paid version of the app, which is quite tasteful compared to so many other annoying apps out there. The free version is good enough for me right now, but if I were going to buy a paid app like this, I would get Sleep Machine, because it seems well designed, and the free version has left a good impression so far.

I've been married for 8 years to a pretty loud snorer and it doesn't help that I'm a light sleeper. We've tried every gadget on the market ( that have all failed) to fully block out the snoring. The sleep phone is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I plug it into my ITouch and found a free white noise sound that plays right into my ears. The fleece headband is so comfortable and I also use the band over my eyes as an eyeshade which is nice. This has been the answer to our sleeping life and we happily snuggle every night now. My only complaint is the band is one size fits all and too loose. I've had to sew it so it's tighter and it's fine now. Wish they sold it in smaller size. Otherwise, truly a great solution to blocking out any night noise.

I have insomnia, big time. It took me three days but this app really helped. Especially when I decided to not put it on a timer and let it literally run all night. I found that visualizing married with the audio really worked. I am going to continue to work with this thing... Honestly, I combined three sounds, the ambient, ocean waves, and wind. Ambient being most prominent, waves following at about half the volume and wind at half that. It is working and I'm shocked. I still wake, but with visualization and this, I am some how managing to fall back asleep. Again. Shock. Try it. Give it a few days. And please report back. This is nuts!

This is one of my favorite apps. The fact that it was free was a great perk, but even if I'd had to pay some for it, it would still be in my top five. I have to have white noise in order to get to sleep and this app let's you use up to three different sounds in conjunction with each other (I use waves, wind, and rain)! It lets you adjust the volume on each one separately, and has a timer function so that, if you want one, you have an alarm after the timer stops. If you want to make really sure you don't get an alarm, you can always set the timer for 15 or so hours. I recommend this app!
