To delete GokuMarket from your iPhone, Follow these steps:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold GokuMarket until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the GokuMarket app from your phone.
Method 2:

2 years agoGokuMarket is refusing to delete my account. Someone had used my email without my consent to create an account so I contacted GokuMaret to have the account delete. First ticket was ignore. Second ticket I received: "Hello, We would like to inform you that accounts once created cannot be deleted due to AML/KYC policies. We assure you that any information on your account is Safe and Secured. However, if you want we can Block your account from our end. Thank you for your patience. Have a pleasant day ahead." Which doesn't make much sense seeing as any information they have on file is false and fraudulent, clearly not meeting any AML/KYC (anti money laundering/Know Your Consumer) policies. I then check their own User Agreement and Privacy Policy and I find: "1.1 Accounts Creation: .... You may delete your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions of the site. GokuMarket can suspend or terminate your account in accordance with the provisions given in section 9." "7.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your Account at any time by sending us a request on the website. UPON TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU SHALL BE SOLELY LIABLE FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS MADE WHILE THE ACCOUNT WAS OPEN." "6.3 We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your information to provide the Services to you, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your account." I inform them they are breaking their own User User Agreement and Privacy Policy as well as not ensuring any sort of at least KYC policy. To then receive this reply: "Greetings, Thank you for composing back. We would like to inform you that the delete account option will soon be available as we are working on an upgrade. Please allow us the time. Thank you for your patience. Have a pleasant day ahead."
