1 year agoAs the app Mushroom finder makes it impossible to cancel a subscription after a trial of one week free I urge you to: * cancel my subscription of this App before August 29th * inform me immediately that you have done so * if not be sure I’ll inform the Dutch Consumer Organization “Consumentenbond”, and report this kind of fraud, because that is what it is, to any organization, national and international. 2 years agoI hate apps that make it practically impossible to cancel a subscription I have tried everything to fo that before end of trial and get sent around in circles and it looks like you have charged me a subscription I am not one to be stuffed around so 1. Cancel my sundcription immediately before 3rd July! 2. inform me that it has been done inmediately 3. You have until the 3rd of July 4. or I will use my many options to report to our authorities including the ACCC, ombudsman, Office of fair trading, etc. 5. If this is not done I will go public and give you a very bad rap on all social media and this will do your business no good! Im not happy you are on notice and will also consider legal action as a last resort! If you want customers do not defraud them or make it difficult to unsubscribe!
