I requested cancellation of my account last month but I was still charged this month. Please cancel immediately and refund the April payment deducted from my account.

I was assured it was cancelled by one of your operators but I see there has been a debit to my credit card and have now been to see my bank. They will be editing my credit card account daily. If this is not done there will be consequences and legal action will take place. I have also contacted Scam Federal Australian Securities Department and the Australian Ombudsman. I am now expecting a senior operator of your company to contact me to confirm this has been completed with an official letter confirming the cancellation. I am expecting a reply by return. How do I get them to stop trying to bill my bank account? I have unsubscribed and removed the app from my phone. When I check subscriptions, there is not one for Yogago but they continue to try and bill my bank.
