I have tried every which way to cancel this app. I responded to A link on Facebook and did NOT realize it was a subscription at 29.99 a month which is outrageous in the first place. I thought it was a free app . I never signed up for an account on app.. I was in hospital in July and September with crushed elbow from a fall and did not realize I was being charged so much. I have tried and tried to figure out how to cancel and have just gone in circles none of which have led to cancellation of this terrible product. How do I get them to stop trying to bill my bank account? I have unsubscribed and removed the app from my phone. When I check subscriptions, there is not one for Yogago but they continue to try and bill my bank.
