ABOUT THE APP

this app is a visual diary of your plants life. Growers have kept journals for years to track their plants health and development. The information derived from monitoring a plants life cycle has helped increase yield and potency over time. Up until now most growers have used a variety of tools to track this information, excel sheets, word documents, photo galleries, and good old pen and paper. this app aims to put this all in one place and give growers an organized way to track grows. Growing is often a solitary activity and for those who want to keep it this way this app allows users to keep all their journals private. But for those who like to share, get feedback, discuss strains, talk techniques, and ask advice, this app offers a way for users to easily share their journals with the community. Public journals can be seen by all, and users can follow individual grows or other users to keep up to date with their latest updates. Privacy is important to growers so all images are stripped of meta data before being stored and shared. this app’s aim is to provide a product people like to use, so feedback is encouraged, happy growing.

Such a great app

I rely and depend on this app to grow medicine that makes my life more comfortable. This app has been completely rebuilt andI can’t wait to explore every aspect of it. The builder actually was kind enough to contact me when the app went down for a short time, and he let me know that a new one was coming with many improvements. Well here it is everybody,Now get to growin!

Such a great app

Very clean and intentional design. It is a little laggy, but app development is hard and this app is free so whatever. It is definitely the best of its kind. I personally don’t use it for ‘grows’, just my regular boring plants, but I have showed it to a few friends who grow and they are obsessed. The social aspect of seeing other people’s grows is super nifty. Hats off to the creators and developers. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

Good visual log

I had to completely rewrite my review because I have learned to use this thing. I'll keep this short. This is by far the best app I have used for a visual diary of my grows. Create updates at significant times in your grow. Example post one when seeds pop. From there weekly updates are entered along with a photo. So let's say it's transplant day and I want to document that. You can do so with this app. Create an update describe the event and snap a photo. That easy. I have created journals for my currently budding plants and my doner or mother plants. Once again great visual diary to see progress and help remember important event dates like when you switched to 12/12 or when did I take those cuttings?

Needs replies, Rotation support and Profile pics

Hi, Love the app. Just wish there was support for the rotated view. I use an IPad Pro as my laptop and I just wish I didn’t have to turn it sideways to use the app! I think users would also like a way to reply to others, and be notified of said replies. Also update the profile info to add profile pics.

Recent Update is Promising!

New update is clean and nice and has created more of a social growing experience. I like it, but I think some notable upgrades could be gleaned from the app “Grow With Jane” I think the social functions are far better than Grow With Jane. I like the types of actions And the UI of that app though. I think there is a niche in the digital marijuana grow journal space and both this app. And growth with Jane are the leaders in the category. If this app. Can create an easy to structure report UX , as opposed to the open ended post system, I think I would consider this as a true grow journal rather than a social media app for marijuana growing ——— Original post: Great app bummer it isn’t updated you. You can’t mark grows as done so you will have a huge long list of plants that will cause the app to run slower and slower. There is no export feature so you can’t send all your photos to your email or cloud drive to save them if you want to delete the grow and make space for more. It looks pretty, but also pretty slow. I do not think I will continue to use this app because the lack of dev support and updates. The app fees half baked.
