How to Cancel Smarty Accounting

According to any information that I could find, I started using "Smarty" in September, 2021. Every time it pops up, I click on the "X" and delete it. It has now appeared as two (2) separate charges on my Citicard account. One for $3.00 and the other for $19.00.
