Bien sur une fois payer vous vous rendrez compte que vous êtes en 3g et non pas 4/5g donc la connexion n’est même pas suffisante pour ouvrir une page Google je déconseille fortement de payer sur du quoi que ce soit. Tout simplement cette application vol. 👎🏼

J’espère que vous prendrais cette avis au sérieux sinon vous pourrais vous en vouloir qu’à vous même d’avoir fait confiance à du qui d’après moi et juste une énorme escroquerie.

I had a very disappointing experience with cette application’s home wireless service. My existing account, which included a valuable discount, was cancelled without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted customer support, they offered to create a new account, but refused to reinstate the same discount I had previously.
Instead, they offered a lesser discount, which I found unfair considering that the cancellation was not initiated by me. Their only solution was to cancel the new account without penalty, which felt more like an attempt to avoid accountability than to genuinely help.
This experience made it clear that customer loyalty and transparency are not cette application’s priorities. I’ve since cancelled the service, I cannot recommend cette application based on this experience.

Du has by far the worst service I ve seen in my life

cette application App is not a pleasant experience, the journey is bad, it’s hard to get support. The physical agencies and customer service are as bad as the app, if not worst. Avoid it if you can!!

Since several month it’s impossible to log in, she filling account number or mobile number it says an error occured

I had a terrible experience with the app. Despite having an active subscription, I cannot access it. I am stuck on an endless loading screen with the message, “This is taking longer than expected.” I cannot proceed and cannot do payments, and the system will even disrupted my network access and ability to make calls. I have tried using different Wi-Fi networks, and my app is updated to the latest version, but nothing works.

Terrible customer service

Honestly, this is extremely frustrating. I’ve been trying to contact cette application for three days and it’s impossible. The phone numbers don’t work, the customer service is useless, and I can’t reach an agent at all. The app itself works, but the support behind it is a disaster. This is wasting my time, and I’ve never experienced such a difficult and unprofessional way to contact a company. Customer support is non-existent and it needs serious improvement.

This app is good as you can see all your consommation at anytime.
But it's impossible to pay the exact amount of your bill. You have to put a round number as the app will say that there is a momentary problem on the payment platform if you use number with digits. But when you put round number, no more problem... please fix this issue as it has been there for quite a while, and even on the shop they advise not to use the app for payment ...

App does not update data/call usage

The app does not update data and call usage. Even after 6 days it showed I was in credit but when my next bill arrived, it had charged me for going over my included calls/data. What is the point in having the app to monitor usage if the information is not updated accurately. The payment option has failed to work several times also.

The linking of the two accounts is great
