Bien sur une fois payer vous vous rendrez compte que vous êtes en 3g et non pas 4/5g donc la connexion n’est même pas suffisante pour ouvrir une page Google je déconseille fortement de payer sur cette application quoi que ce soit. Tout simplement du vol. 👎🏼
J’espère que vous prendrais cette avis au sérieux sinon vous pourrais vous en vouloir qu’à vous même d’avoir fait confiance à cette application qui d’après moi et juste une énorme escroquerie.

I had a very disappointing experience with DU’s home wireless service. My existing account, which included a valuable discount, was cancelled without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted customer support, they offered to create a new account, but refused to reinstate the same discount I had previously.
Instead, they offered a lesser discount, which I found unfair considering that the cancellation was not initiated by me. Their only solution was to cancel the new account without penalty, which felt more like an attempt to avoid accountability than to genuinely help.
This experience made it clear that customer loyalty and transparency are not DU’s priorities. I’ve since cancelled the service, I cannot recommend DU based on this experience.

Honestly, this is extremely frustrating. I’ve been trying to contact du for three days and it’s impossible. The phone numbers don’t work, the customer service is useless, and I can’t reach an agent at all. The app itself works, but the support behind it is a disaster. This is wasting my time, and I’ve never experienced such a difficult and unprofessional way to contact a company. Customer support is non-existent and it needs serious improvement.
