Trying to activate Amazon which is included in my contract, first it always led to a “bad request”, now the section “Manage Add-Ons” -> “Streaming Offers” has been removed completely.

Also not possible on the website, the support is no help at all and tickets are being closed as “resolved” without providing a solution.

My advice: don’t use diese App if possible, they are taking away valuable lifetime from your life contrary to their promise in the slogan.

Not running, only shows loading for hours…

This app is crazy slow and has too many „dynamic“ features that makes it user unfriendly

I don’t advice anyone to deal with this company as they are cheating people and specially their sales team who cheated me and now they are forcing me to pay the charges of a plan that i never used

Unable to recharge. Neither with credit card nor with Apple Pay.

We tried to cancel with the app - doesn’t work for months - the support did not help at all!

Ramadan free data offer does not work. The app forwards me to Safari. The Safari page forwards me to the app. Genius.

Also other features in the app just forward me to Safari. Why do you have an app if everything in done on the regular internet page?

I am getting charged for an add-on i have not subscribed to and the app does not have any information about it - first it shows „support“ and provides options to solve the issue but then it either freezes or switches off, it doesn’t proceed. Please solve this technical issue and check who/why causes those unwanted subscriptions with no way out.

Müll App! Man muss es mehrere male installieren und wieder deinstalieren damit sie funktioniert. Sehr langsam!

The app does not offer you saving the card you are using for payment via Touch ID
Recharge for friends has to be through website.
No information in app about the package and the free data or minutes you have. Etisalat improved the app with these features.

Has good features like seeing bill and previous bills but it's ver slow and crashes a lot.

It's a shame that the reception (antenna) isn't strong enough. You can't make phone calls and use the internet everywhere
