J’ai télécharger ANA mais tout est en japonais , je n’arrive pas à l’avoir en anglais

International flight usage app review.
Archaic app, merely a gateway to their website.
Overcomplicated user interface with too many sub menus and options to get to basic functions, app always having trouble to connect to account or retrieve boarding pass or informations nor update flight status.
In one word ‘useless’.

The app is no longer in English...or there is no indication such as EN or ENGLISH to switch into English...Only in Japanese ! Pity!

Horrible flight search

The app is nice looking and intuitive, I like the design but the flight search is horrible. Every time I click on the destination I'm looking for it randomly selects another one. Tried with another destination and same thing happened. It appears that it is only like that for South East Asia destinations... Please change ASAP.

J'aurais vraiment aimé utiliser ANA quand j'en avais le plus besoin:
- au moment de commander mes billets
- a la validation de la réservation
- à sa confirmation
- et tutti quanti...
Mais problème: elle plante dès l'ouverture, et c'est systématique... :(
J'ai même essayé de desinstaller/réinstaller... Dommage...
Pour infos aux développeurs: je suis sur un iPhone 5s/iOS 7.0.4

電話で聞きたいことが聞けるのは、本当にありがたいです。丁寧に対応してくださり、ありがとうございます。ただ待ち時間は長いので、時間がある時にしか電話できません。(45分以上待った)
その点は、改善していただきたいです。
