Through App i can’t pay online! Even i can’t use my app valet and credit and just i can pay cash!! I called 5 times and they did nothing… i left messages and just received predefined messages… they don’t care about users problems at all

I like how apple is going against the US law by not enforcing the OFAC’s manual. Iranian individuals are sanctioned by apple, however snapp which has close ties with the IRGC (A terrorist organization in the eyes of the US govt.) gets to live on the US app store, tries to collect the location information of the US citizens on the US soil, then lies about the privacy policy. How on earth can an internet taxi business not ask for locations? Seagate got fined for $300 Million. Hopefully apple gets worse so that this company learns not to partner with terrorist organizations.

It has lots of problems that no one seems to care about. For example, sometimes the search bar doesn’t work and anything that you type will end up with “we didn’t get a result.” Why don’t you fix these problems? For sure, you are making lots of money from it. So, make a better application.

When trying to get a cab the city dropdown rarely opens to select a destination in another city. PWA version is fine

Im so content with اسنپ its not expensive whereas taxis are getting more and more expensive nowadays in shiraz i haven't had any problems with it yet hope it remains like this forever!

It works good in comparison to the web application but the credit service (سرویس اعتباری) is missed here.

Almost everything is perfect, but they need to improve the search engine.

I suggest the snapp group to add pick up trucks and motorcycle services

It's cheap ,fast and easy to use snapp for transporting inner town .thank u for your service,but I think some of your drivers are amateur to use GPS and internet.
On the other hand you should be very cautios and intelligent about your drivers and cars.
At the end it's better to held training courses for them .

Car positioning need to be more accurate and updated repeatedly

This application is very helpful.
I suggest them to make a special app for snapp food;
Because now the taxi and food part are both in 1 application.
Maybe someone needs just one of them!

Could you please bring live activities and then notifications to check when my snap got arrive? This is going to be a cool feature.

Your service is good and thank u, but unfortunately in some situations with short distance and also low price, drivers hesitate to call or connect, I had some times of this problem! I hope this problem solve as soon as possible.

It would be great if you run many other businesses as you are great in management

It's so useful but some drivers need to learn how to use some applications like map in order to avoid traffic jam.

You can transport easily inner town, cheap cost and easy to have! Better than every other way to get taxi 😍😍👌🏻

As other apps, it has some ads and disadvantages. It's fast and economic but with some deficiencies too. The drivers are still amateur! Wish to get better soon, specially for Shiraz!

اسنپ is really great, I really appreciate them for this great app, it's cheap and fast and secure. You just need to install اسنپ and register on it and then choose your destination and done! Snapp will find the nearest driver. The service in fantastic and great. Thank you.
