App has bugs, and is irritating.

I figured since this was from L’Oreal, who have been around for forever, they’d have someone decent programming their app. Wow, was I wrong!! I’m trying to set up my hair profile, when it got the the question about my last treatment, I clicked the appropriate button, and then the “Next” arrow. App shut down. This happens, so I reopened it and tried again. It shut down again. And the quickly blinking pictures of hair models at the top of the landing page, geeeeezus!!! It was like those Christmas lights that blink way too fast, and remind you of a 90s rave. Only works if you’re on something, or so I’ve heard! After the 3rd attempt and the app shutting down at the same spot, I’m done. I’m on an iPhone 11 Pro Max, so it’s not my phone. If your app is not iPhone compatible, than, really, just don’t make an app. Seriously. I am now questioning whether I want to continue using their hair color, as I’ve don’t for years. If they are that careless with their app, are they being careless with the manufacturing of their hair color?! Begs the question.

I tried to use this app without letting them sell my information to vendors. If you read the info when they ask you to approve cookies they tell you they take you browser history and use it plus your name and other info in your phone

This app used to be so great; you could try on different hairstyles in addition to color. Now you can only do color and it’s super glitchy; I won’t be done playing with the color before it takes a picture for me.
