I paid for September, October, November, December of 2021. And paid for January of 2022. When I went back to take a second look at all of them, they were wanting me to pay all
Over again for the same ones I have already paid for. I will never buy from these people. And I will let others know about it

Do not buy the annual subscription, you’ll end up having to pay month by month then you are out $18. I’ll just buy my jailbirds in the paper version. Definitely would not recommend.

I have sent 3 emails, heard nothing back. I purchased a yearly subscription but it still wants me to buy each issue. FIX IT!!

I’ve tried to give JAILBIRDSUSA some time to get it together but clearly it’s not going to happen. Don’t waste your time or money buying the $1.99 issues, they won’t load....

I’m seeing the new copy at gas stations for at least two weeks now. But cannot buy the new issue on here. So sad

Downloaded JAILBIRDSUSA and wasted $18 on a subscription that won’t even download. Sure has no problem processing your payment but WILL NOT download your subscription. I want my money back on the TWO I bought!!!

Worked fine but now will not open someone needs to update and fix bugs
Do not buy JAILBIRDSUSA if you have the latest update on your phone it will not work it’s a waste of money,,,,,

This has worked fine the last couple of months. Now it just shows a loading symbol but nothing’s loads. If I’d known this was going to happen I would’ve saved my money.

I have paid for JAILBIRDSUSA for a long time. For some reason it has quit working with the new update! I’m very disappointed and would like them to fix it or give me my money back!

Used for long time. Now it won’t let me see anything. It’s been like this for some times now. Looking at other reviews it seems like this is an across the board issue. Still hasn’t been resolved. Totall unacceptable. Either fix it in a timely fashion or give us our money back.

Making money from a person's mistake and publicizing it is as low as it gets. Sad thing is, people are interested and keep buying it. Tired of seeing so many people listed as "CDS" (controlled dangerous substance, which could be meth, coke, crack, heroin etc., when it's as small as a marijuana charge. It should be much more specific. With that said, kudos on making an app for an already terrible publication.

Need to have an less painfull way to stop the auto billing!
A phone number or a way on JAILBIRDSUSA itself would be nice.

Ive used this monthly for a while, but this month it won’t open. I’ve deleted and tried again with no luck. Took my money though....

I know JAILBIRDSUSA may be confusing to some but all it takes is an email to their app support, that’s what i did & “Tom” quickly responded to my email to help me w/any problems i had. There was a few back & forth emailing but all issues were resolved & 1 major 1 was my fault but he was very generous in fixing my problem & going above & above any customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Outstanding

I have used the old app and after updating, I have used the new app a few times. The difference in quality is astounding!!

If you have thought about using JAILBIRDSUSA but have been hesitating, now is your time to try it out!

JAILBIRDSUSA is awesome! Total overhaul on the interface and it’s easy to use. Just like any new app there are a few bugs, but support was spot on and very fast to get me up and going. Let’s support JAILBIRDSUSA Oklahoma, it’s worth it.

JAILBIRDSUSA had no problem taking my $1.99 for October’s paper... yet the dang thing won’t open! Fix it please! I’ve used JAILBIRDSUSA for over a year but this month it is messed up.
